Very informative! I recommend this book to anyone who grew up in the Islip area. The information regarding early Islip residents is fascinating. Read and learn what an interesting place your little town is! This is by far the most targeted history of the Islip resident.

This book is not only visually stunning but is great for those who are looking for, among other things, the top hotels, restuarants, and spas in Bali. Unlike other guide books, this one presents only the most important aspects of the island and its amenities so that you can decide whether to go, when to go, and where to go. If you are looking for a guide to the most luxurious Bali experience, this book seems to be the best!

Book was new and arrived in excellent condition in a timely fashion. Very pleased with results.

I have now given this book to 3 friends who have marital issues. One marriage is in crisis, the others are not, but after reading this myself, I thought it would be helpful to most marriages. If we aren't divorced, then we are all "before the last resort". I found this to be a very hopeful, practical guide to Biblical principles for marriage. It is filled with real-life examples which make it easy to read and relate to. Its a quick read that I found so practical that I'm going to have to get my own copy, too.

Great, but get Fodor's 2000 not the 199

I really enjoyed reading the book The Best Bargain Family Vacations in the USA. At the advice of this book, my family and I just went to Family Camp at the Centerville Mills YMCA Camp in Bainbridge Township, Ohio, over Memorial Day weekend 1999. We arrived at 10 a.m. Saturday and left at noon Monday. The $75 per person fee included six meals, two nights lodging in a dorm style lodge room, a lot of horseback riding on lovely trails (they have over 150 acres of land), canoeing in the little lake, making tie dyed t shirts, archery, a hay ride, a campfire with s'mores, a night hike, other nature hikes, and swimming in the pool. My son loved shooting bb guns and fishing - the little lake is stocked with bluegills. My daughter loved the Rodeo Games, and, of course, the trail rides. I am looking forward to trying some of the other "Best Bargain Family Vacations in the U.S.A." - this first one we tried was a real winner. Great book!

This is an excellent collection of photos, plans, and historical review of a beautiful place in the midwest. It's too bad it is not being currently printed because many people in that area have missed a tremendous piece of literary history. Well written.
