I originally bought this mini-book for sheer novelty, but after getting it I left it out on my tv stand where it quickly became
a conversation piece. The book is nicely animated, and the simple presentation of the test makes it easy for anyone to understand.
Its sparked alot of great conversations, so I definately reccomend it to anyone.

This charming little bedside companion will look cute on a nightstand as decoration. It may even help the occasional insomniac
go to sleep. Keeping with the spirit of Running Press Miniature Editions, it is constructed with high quality. Like alot
of their small books, it has colorful and kitchy illustrations that capture the subject matter well. It also has a sheep-in-a-circle
charm attached to a fabric book marker. Unlike any other Miniature Edition I've seen, there are no words or story. It shows
a progression of otherwise blank pages being filled, one-by-one, with sheep doing various activities. These cartoon sheep
get repetitive after awhile, but maybe that's the point! This book rates high on cuteness, but don't expect it to do much
else than have you count sheep. Will make a nice gift, also.

I love this book because of its simple style and words of truth. Its pop-up pictures of hugs, and the small phrases warm
the heart of any loved one. I gave one to my dad, and he too cherishes the simple, but loving message. This truly is a book
for a person of any age who loves or needs a hug!

Excellent Series for Beginning Readers

I highly recommend this series of books (nibbles, bites, chomps) for encouraging reluctant readers to continue learning to
read. This story has captured my 6 year old boy. It's at the level of a step 2 to Step 3 book in other series, and written
with short 6-7 pages per chapter (6 chapters total). It's about a boy who is left behind with the babysitter while his family
goes off pirating. But then they are captured by Red Beard and held for ransom. With nothing but the spare boat and crew,
and the cook's toffee and caramel desserts, he sets off to rescue them. We all cheered when he was successful!

What a clever idea! Twenty high school students agree to spend a month naked. While this shocks and surprises the local population
in small town America, the heroine of the story finds it so totally liberating it awakens her sexuality. This book is both
charming and erotically charged, a rare blend of good story telling and sensuality.

My husband, age 67 with Parkinson's, spotted a mention of the author John Ball in his monthly Runner's Magazine. We "googled"
John and found this book. Since my husband is a runner he related tremendously with John and was very uplifted by reading
his book. This story stresses the benefits of both exercise and community in battling Parkinson's Disease. A good read, especially
for anyone interested in running. I am not, but wanted to share the book with my husband. I'm glad I did as John is all about
not only hope, but enthusiam for life.

Thoroughly Enjoyable "London Bound"

"London Bound" is a tremendously creative tale full if suspense, romance, believable characters, and witty humor. The thought
of being incarcerated for murder (when you are innocent) in a foreign country is incredibly frightening and it is the hook
that keeps the reader turning the pages. Yet the story continues in a lighthearted and often hilarious tone that is enjoyable
to read, or bet yet, are completely absorbed into the heroine's world. The suspense returns at the end of the story so that
the reader is unable to put down the book until that last page has been turned. It's an ending that I personally adored.
Ms.Sheretko is a talented author with fresh ideas and a gift for creating a compelling story. "London Bound" is an entertaining 'must read'.

I saw this miniature book at the book store and decided to buy it in order to learn a little more about the game. Although the book is a short read, it is a well informed and interesting look at the history of bowling, complete with some really cool retro art work and pictures. It includes sections on `Innovations,' `Bowling Around the World,' `The Greats,' `Bowling Culture,' etc. This would make the perfect small gift - especially as a stocking stuffer - for anyone who loves the sport.
