The Kiss My Face Facial Book is an introduction to Kiss My Face Skincare, complete with a tiny book about the company and product information. This doesn't have any "facial" recipes, but is more like a basic cleansing kit. This would be fun to take with you in a travel bag because it takes up so little room.

This kit contains:

Soy Soft Facial Cleansing Bar - a tiny sample soap made from soy, aloe and shea butter. It doesn't dry out your skin and has a rich lather.

Cell-Mate 15 - Contains lavender, chamomile, Echinacea and grapeseed oil. Designed to enhance skin tone and smooth out fine lines.

If you are interested in the history of the Kiss My Face products, then this little booklet with a box of basic skin care products is worth buying. The entire Kiss My Face Obsessively Organic line is healing and nourishing. If you love natural products with essential oils, then the blends in these products will impress you.

I'm teaching my 6-year-old about the middle ages this year and I am so looking forward to using this kit. It is a great little kit. The book has lots of pictures and information about everything in the kit and how knights lived and became knights and everything. I am so impressed with it. It has a catapult for her to build, a signet ring with different letters to put on it and make a seal from some clay (included). There's a proclamation from her as a king making someone a knight that she has to colour and seal with her ring and clay. There are stickers to put on a diagram of a knight. There's a little cardboard castle with people, a draw bridge, and a portcullis that you can lay seige to with the catapult you built. There is a game of nine man's morris (a game they played in medieval times). There's a map of places they went to in the crusades. I am very impressed and can't wait to use this with my daughter. Very well done and good quality. I will get another one of these when I teach my son about middle ages as well.

This book is STEAMY. Not for the squeamish. No way this book has some raunchy things in it. If you're open-minded and into kinky stuff you will LOVE this.

I guess I should have read the editorial reviews more carefully and taken note of the comment that this book is a comendium of 'extracts' rather than a Ruchard Manton book in itself. The bad part of that of course is that I have read most of the works in this book years ago .....

Set out in loose-leaf format, this is a very comprehensive and clear manual designed to guide facilitators of a range of large group events. It describes six related processes in detail, with shorter notes on another six variants. The fifteen appendices provide detailed guides - sample invitations, checklists, pro forma scripts for various stages in the process. Appendix 15 lists useful books and websites.
Other excellent books with similar coverage include Weisbord and Janoff: Future search and Bunker & Alban: Large Group Interventions.

This series is easy to read and laid out conveniently. The puzzles are challenging without being insane. These are my mom's current favorites, and I would recommend them to fans of the crossword puzzles appearing in the NY Times or LA Times.

Arguably the second best in the series. The story is compelling and moves briskly, but doesn't meander nearly as much as some of the other books. the whole premise works a lot better than the third book as well. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I bought this book some years ago in the UK. It is an admirable introduction to south and central American cooking, and is an encouragement to explore further. Her range is wide, but not recherche: the reader will look in vain for a recipe for Bolivia's charque kan. The pictures alone are an encouragement, not only to cook south American, but to go there and see for yourself.

Leonardo da Vinci was truly a great artist, even though he didn't leave behind that many works of art. This little book, however, points out all the areas of observation that an artist needs to be aware of. These points are not taught in art classes. Most artists come by these pointers and tips after many long years of trial and error. Artists are visual problem solvers. And excellent observation skills are critical to being a successful artist. I have read and reread parts of the book when I make my studies, and it has been tremendously helpful.

I love this journal. It is a shame that it is out of print. Each week has a few pages to write with a few quotes about a topic. But you are not directed, you don't answer questions, and you don't fill in blanks.
What is so lovely is that the book moves you to write. It helps you find the comfort to be bold and write your thoughts.

Lovely book - I'd buy it used and enjoy it if you love to write.
