Destler does a very good job of developing the history and background for the law. This is a must read for U. S. business executives as they plan for the next millennium in the global economy. Do you want 500 plus "local" politicians trying to negotiate a sound trade policy on their own (God forbid!). Let the President, with the guidance of the business community and Congress (a tenet of fast track) work together to ensure a national agenda and policy. NO AMENDMENTS, RIDERS, OR "PORK!"

The best book I've ever seen on drilling up a bowling ball. If you are a 190+ bowler, read this book! (If not hold off -- it will confuse you more than help)

Zielke covers everything you need to know, except mass bias which came out after this book hit the stands. It's still an incredible resource.

This book covers dynamic and static balancing a ball, grips, pitches and developing an arsenal of equipment for dealing with differing lane conditions. One of the best bowling books I've ever read.

If you have or want a M Series car I highly recommend this book. It had tons of articles from Road & Track, all the way back to the original M. Great book for any car enthusiast.

I really enjoyed this book since I am a fan of all mustangs. I just wish that it would have covered the 03 Mach 1. But I am not sure if they had test cars out when this was written. I would recommend this book to any mustang fan

Unbelievable amount of information from the early beginnings of Roadless to it's last product. I'm still in shock at the extent of research Gibbard put into this and I can't imagine how he got his hands on so many photographs.

Excecllence was always the late Fred Wilt's middle name. This very early book was one of first to be published of it's kind.Mr. Wilt the writer was one of the most knowledgeable persons on developing runners and he was always a leader in the world at sharing that knowledge with runners and coaches alike. It was always his intentions to teach and pass on knowledge of track and field and running to whom ever seeked it.He always felt it was a crime to not share his knowledge, which was huge,to the world of track and field people.

A must read for any Coe fan, or those interested in the history of the sport. An intelligent look at track in the early 80s by one of the greats; this book is about the events and the sport, not ego.

If you run, you need this book. The information in this book is applicable to absolute beginners as well as elites. Noakes teaches how to prevent injuries and treat them.

Most of the topics are covered in Lore of Running - If you already have that book, there is no need to buy this one.

The only drawback in this book is that the illustrations and photographs could have been better.

This is an excellent, inspirational book for anybody considering getting into running or even for established runners looking for guidance - it covers the complete range from complete beginner to serious athlete. There is sensible, non technical information on health diet, clothing, competing (or not) track running, road running, cross country, marathon as well as a variety of running programmes you can follow. At time of writing, I have been running for 7 months (to get fit) and regularly re-read parts of this book. The book ensures that you avoid "pitfalls" and helps you to make genuine progress. It is one of the best presents my wife has bought me this year.

This book is great if you're looking for detailed workouts overa whole season of training. It really takes the guess work out oftrying to figure out what workouts to do when. Excellent info for all runners up to elite levels. Well detailed...
