I have bought beginning harmonica books and watch harp players on you tube for the last 3 years. One of the instructors on you tube recommended Dave's website and he had all of his books online to review. He even has short audio files to listen to before you make a decision to buy. I recommend all of his books. It is like having a music instructor. If you wants to know all of the ins and outs of reading music, learning rhythm, and all of the playing techniques these books are for you. Keep in mind that Dave has 3 levels, so you will need to buy all of his series to progress. Amazon did a great job, they shipped quicker than advertised, they got the order right, and I will buy from them in the future.

Rick Rossano (one of the top 10 guitarists in the US (Guitar One mag)), gives us all some insight and useful direction on roots-style playing from Rockabilly to blues to surf, and more.

This book was so great! It helped me to better understand soccer. I learned a lot of neat stuff in reading this book. Mia tells about playing striker, and gives tips for beginers. She explains how she came to be a super striker as well.If you are a person who wants to improve your game, a new one to the sport, or just a Mia Hamm fan you will truely love this book!

Some books set out to accomplish the impossible and come admirably close. Barbara Garson's volume is a prime example. Can you deposit money in a little rural bank and really trace its spread across the global monetary system? How do you know that a multi-million dollar loan to, say, shrimp exporters in Thailand, really has anything to do with the actual dollars you deposited? But that's not the point of this book. The author embarks on a whirlwind, worldwide tour of the global financial juggernaut, and shows how money falls like a drop in a pond and emits waves of disruption that seemingly spread out forever. Garson concludes that deregulation needs to be reigned in, a reasonable anticipation of the Enron mess. We from getAbstract highly recommend her book to business people and consumers who want a better feel for what the "global economic order" is all about, why people are protesting at each meeting of the WTO and whether you should be steamed as well.

If a person is interested in knowing the creatures leaving their tracks behind, this is an excellent book. The approach is unusual in that it treats each set of tracks as a story with the reader of the tracks to determine the solution from the evidence left behind.

This book is my favorite Nancy Drew book of all time. It has everything any reader would want.

I wish I had this travel planner 10 years ago! It would have made my trips to the races a whole lot easier. From buying great tickets to selecting restaurants,I was able to plan my entire trip before leaving home. The travel tips section was also helpful. The nineteen driver interviews made for excellent reading on the road. Great job!

Before reading this book all the racing I had previously done had been in my local area. Thanks to this excellant book I have all the info. that I need to plan out of town races. With the result that I have recently ran top class races such as "Bolder Boulder", "Bix7", "Beach to Bay Relay", "Michael Forbes Trolley Run". Can anybody tell when the next edition will be coming out?

This is a gambling book that looks at gambling in a realistic fashion. The first thing it does is to divide the games into those you can win in the long run (Blackjack (Barely), Poker, Sports Betting, etc) and those that you must lose in the long run (roulette, craps, baccarat, etc). It then explains each game in detail. It explains why progression betting systems don't work long-term, and why money management is psychological, not mathematical. For all the simple games (baccarat, roulette, etc) it provides all you'll ever need to know. For more complicated games like poker and blackjack, it provides all that most people will ever need to know and a firm basis for the serious student.

In the world of BS gambling books, this is a breath of fresh air.
