I have enjoyed reading the book and it has shown me some fundamentals of exercise that I had forgotten. I enjoy the descriptions of the exercises and the muscle groups working. overall I am quite pleased with this book and use it to show me how to do the exercises properly.

A Game To Play On The Tracks by Lorna Jackson begins with Arden, a mother who has some very serious problems with alcohol and self-absorption. Arden's struggle to resume her life of country music at the British Columbia bar scene but is faltering. Her husband has a Peter Pan complex and talks in bad poems. When Arden doesn't survive the road, both her husband and son are left behind to make sense of an often insane and unjust world. An engaging and thoughtful read, A Game To Play On The Tracks is a sophisticated, albeit moody, reflection on the inequalities and distant dreams of one human life.

It came new, I'm using it. So far it's pretty handy. It has all the information I need to study for the General portion of the A&P license.

George Seward is credited with a running the 100 yards in an unbelievable 9 1/4 seconds way back in 1844. Some historians dismiss this time because it was too fast; it was not bettered for nearly 100 years. While Ed Sears has no definitive proof to confirm the mark, he builds a strong convicing case that Seward could have done it. He also writes about Seward's life and running career. It is a very well researched book that will appeal to all sports fans, not just track/running fans. Sears also devotes a chapter to professional running in the 19th century to help the reader get a better understanding of how this sport was done 150 years ago. Just like his first book, Running Through The Ages, Sears does a masterful job of compiling Seward's performances and telling stories about his life. I highly recommend this book!

Starting with a fantastic picture of the entire series lined up from smallest to largest, this book does not disappoint, unless you find yourself wanting more pictures, better pictures and more book. Yes it is too short but buy it for what you get anyway. It is only supposed to be this long so I am only being wishful here but hopefully more will be forthcoming. Not a lot of stats (a few) but some nice descriptions of many variants of the Prime Mover chassis.These machines were almost unstoppable and to see them in action is awe inspiring, like Locomotives, Halftracks are about man and machine and the raw power they invoke.

Kim Wier is so funny yet she sure makes her point pointedly! I loved the variety of stories, Biblical insights, and journal pages. It really revitalized me in my busy life to stay focused on the Lord.

I am really impressed with "Get Your Career on the Fast Track." I have a Masters of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and can say that I have never, ever seen a more concise book on helping people with their careers. The author, Michelle Casto, PhD, designed this book to empower the reader to use "self-awareness, active reflection, and intuitive guidance," in the career decision-making process. These aren't tools that we are all naturally gifted with, so she shows us how to learn about ourselves so that we can develop them. This involves reading, completing assignments and journaling. In addition to providing a great deal of self-reflection, the activities and journal assignments are fun to do. Everything that you need is in this book.

The typical books that help you find jobs tend to simply address the steps of finding a job. They offer interviewing tips and resume samples. Casto takes you beyond that and teaches you how to find a fulfilling career. This is perfect for both people who are starting out and for people who are looking for a change in employment. There is not one area of work that is not covered in this book. Casto describes the different types of people that you might either be working with or be getting interviewed by. She also defines the different types of work environments out there.

"Get Your Career on the Fast Track" should be required reading for college students. It would be an excellent textbook for personal-development courses. I really enjoyed reading it. Unless you are retired and have no plans to do anything, I highly recommend this book for everyone. It would make the perfect graduation gift.

I've started looking over this book and Gary Barber has done a great job of capturing what is really needed with starting kids in athletics. Far too man of the "coaches" kids encounter today are ready to have them go pro at any cost.

Gary has done a great job at putting forward the development and making it fun. Assuring that the childs experience is rewarding yet still providing the desire to go higher. A very good piece of work, you should adapt it to the baseball, football and soccer coaches as well.

Didn't know a book could be that hot of a read. This is one fantastically kinky book.

This book is quick and concise. As a beginner, I take it with me to the driving range every time I go. I can review the essentials in 5-10 minutes and I find that it helps me set a good frame of mind. I highly recommend it.
