If you want to learn a lot of more advanced Spanish fast and enjoy the process, I recommend you buy 'Conversational Spanish 2'.
I consider myself a bit of a language 'aficionado'. My hobby is to go around to bookstores and to surf the internet finding great deals on foreign language courses.
I travel frequently for business and pleasure and have a great deal of contact with speakers of languages other than English.
I have tried many methods including but not limited to Pimsleur, Living Language, Rosetta Stone, Berlitz and Learn in Your Car and I have NOTHING negative to say about any of them. All have their place. All are good courses in their own right.
That said, I now go on to say that I have tried one particular method and courses in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Arabic, and Mandarin Chinese that I DO consider to be the BEST. It is Language Dynamics. My reasons for this excellent opinion are as follows:
1. This is clearly a niche or non-traditional approach. It didn't go through a traditional test
with a publishing company which probably would have wiped out most of its charm and effectiveness.
2. The creators of these products clearly had one thing in mind when they created them.
Simplicity. They saw things through the eyes of the 'language learner' and not the 'language teacher'. In other words, it is obvious that the producers emphathize with their students, know their fears, understand their needs.
3. Since the students confusion and fear was foremost in their minds, they intentionally developed products that compensated for those fears, encouraged, gave tips, provided review and English. All sorts of help coming at you from all sides.
Since you feel supported from all sides, since the instruction is clear and in English then in the foreign language with a native speaker, you learn quickly.
The part I most like about this approach which is present in every course I have tried is the simple sentence building. I mean, even in Chinese I learned how to speak meaningful and original sentences right away. As anyone can tell you, this is not an easy feat to accomplish and Language Dynamics did it. That's why they are the best.

This book guided us through our honeymoon trip to the south of England excellently. Not the book if you're expecting 4-star "American-style" hotels, but the perfect book if you're looking for local character and charm. Descriptions are extremely accurate (rare for a guidebook). Drawings of each lodging site were helpful when somewhat lost

Todd Aaron Smith hits a home run with this book! He is a expressionable author and illustrator who truly reaches out to children about trusting God. "Cow" is a delightful character who, like many of us, strays from the path she walks. As she strays off, she meets up with someone and decides to put her trust in her "new found" friend, only to wind up in serious trouble. Her new friend has disappeared when Cow finds herself in danger. However, her trustworthy keeper, the farmer, rescues here before danger strikes. This books speaks to us about trusting God and the truth that he is always by our side, even when we "walk off the path" of life. An unusual illustration of hilarioius animation and traditional design are brilliant. This book will truly be enjoyed by both preschoolers and adults alike.

The Critter Control Handbook: Pro Secrets For Stopping Sneaky Squirrels & Other Crafty Critters In Their Tracks by Dan "The Critter Man" Hershey is the testimony of an expert with 20 years of experience as a licensed Nuisance Wildlife Control Officer. Individual chapters address how to identify a creature control problem, evaluating whether or not a contractor is necessary, and a wide variety of means to keep animals at bay from fencing and repellents to lethal traps and hunting. Of particular interest is the lengthy and informative section devoted to a long list of pest animals ranging from bees and wasps to squirrels and woodchucks. If you have a problem with nuisance creatures, The Critter Control Handbook is a "must" to learn about practical, effective (and sometimes surprising) solutions!

After having my fair share of running injuries, it was great to read this book. It explains what the causes and solutions of running injuries are, simply put. There are places in which it gets a bit technical, but only because it is necessary.

It also contains most of the major injuries and stories of common runners and their injuries.

Highly recommended.

I had a chance to meet the doctor who wrote this book (by coincidence!) and he was absolutely amazing with his diagnoses.

As a HUGE Earnhardt fan. I would have to say that I liked this book. It brought back so many memories of Dale and how he was on and off track. If you have not read this book, I suggest you pick it up and take the time to learn more about the GREATEST LEGEND IN HISTORY.

Upon entering our home it was the first thing our one year grandson went for. He would sit forever, looking at the pictures. He knows where to push the tires to get the sounds. He also is content with having the book read to him. He could recognize Dale on when watching racing.

Dan O'brien is a inspirational athlete and a great person. Not only has he survived the hurdles thrown at him in his life, he excelled past them to truly beat the odds. What is so great about this athlete? He is honest. In his past he has done drugs, drank alcohol in the excess of becoming an alcoholic, and partied a bit too much. Yet he admits it. He not only was ashamed of his past but knew that he need to turn his life around. He did it with the help of longtime coach Mike Keller and excelled not only on the track but in life also. It takes a big man to admit he is a failure. But it takes a bigger man to change his ways. Not only did Dan O'brien do both of these thing; he also became the Worlds Greatest Athlete of all time!!

It had good information. I like train and rural life and if you like these, you'll love this book. I really liked it.
