I have had this book for many years and it is a great book for those who have wolfdogs aka wolf hybrids. Very balanced in perception the world of wolfdogs. Michael Belshaw writes from personal life with these amazing animal companions. Events and things you need to know. The great depth of affection these animals have and the antics that make you laugh. this is an awesome book, out of print and hard to find but worth the effort just as these wonderful creatures are worth.

This book is one that has been handed down to me by old-time breeders of pedigreed dogs. I now am doing the same. The contents, phrases and ideas in this book provide innumerable names for the exhibitor of any pedigreed animal. Searching for "catchy" names for your next darling show prospect is often times fraught with frustrations. This book will help you and guide you to that perfect nomicker whether you have a pet or show animal. It contains unusual one word names and their countries of origin, as well as short phrases that can capture physical as well as behavioral attributes.

I read this book, and was very moved, and saddened and laughed at alot of the things that Amber was saying. I feel this book should not only be viewed by children, but also adults. Anyone who has a pet would relate. But this is a story that tells you that you can do anything you put your mind to do. And LOVE can in alot of ways conquer anything. Amber was so loved that she didn't want her Family to be without her. She had her way of telling her family things that no other would understand. Read the book, it is worth it. It is encouragement to all.

This book is a very accurate history of the Brahman cattle in the US. I would recomment it to anyone who would like to know more about Brahman cattle and the history of it's association.

This book is very well written and contains very informative information for the American Eskimo Dog Owner. As the owner of a 2 year old Eskie, I found it very insightful and helpful. It is great reading. This is a must have for any Eskie owner.

This calendar of Eskie pictures is wonderful! It's hard to find much on this breed so when I do I snap it up. This product did not disappoint!

Beautifully written, well informed. Takes you step by step into the world of coordinating trees, shrubs, and perennials in the garden border. My copy is dog eared from use!

If you can find a copy of this fine little book, get it! It is amazing how so many of the things written in this book about how the media and some of the public views the APBT back in 1936 is not much different than now. There are stories by other big dog men of the day also in this book. Brief info on dog selection, breeding, and conditioning are also covered. There are some interesting ads from the era at the back of the book. I would very much like to see a reprint of this book done, I would buy another copy!!!
