From fixing cracks, using different tools, rollers, the color wheel, to match up what you are going to buy.how to do a marble effect, color washes, stencils, using different brushes, like a powder brush, a feather, how to do a faux bamboo wall, impressive styles, to comtempory, to country, how to do a fake stone wall, this book is for walls, flooring, doors etc. Lots of ideas, you can create your own from this book

Excellent book for anyone looking for instruction for using acid dyes with wool. The wool pieces are dyed in small batches useful for rughooking. I highly recommed getting the swatch ring that accompanies this book. It is a great starting point for mixing your own colors.

Beautiful book, with great pictures. Printed on quality paper and easy to read. Fascinating story of his life,technique and philosophy. Couldn't put it down. A artist book for artists. Shipped in timely fashion and excellent condition.

My 3 year old granddaughter just loves the Huckle and Lowley worm series. We have several of the R. Scarry movies and they are her favorites. Even though she has the stories and characters all memorized, she doesn't tire of watching them. She loves coloring and painting so she has just loved the book to paint.

I purchase iron-on transfer books for the Comfort Blanket Ministry of St. Ferdinand Church. It is a blessing that such books are still available - we use these iron-ons for painting and marker coloring which ultimately become squares in our ministry's beautiful blankets. Keep selling these kinds of books, we'll keep buying them!

Scott Neely here to tell you about my work on the Creeper book. It was a lot of fun to work on and it took me a while to do this adaptation of the animated cartoon episode "Jeepers! It's the Creeper!" It was the second Scooby-Doo project that I started in late 1999, and it turned out to be a lot of fun artistically. All that is required is a wet brush for the kids to paint with. It's an easy paint book! Enjoy!

Lots of info, great photos and techniques and simple, easy to follow instructions. Patterns in a pull out envelope inside rear cover. A bargain at this price!

This book is a good folk lore book. The illustrations elaborate on the text and creates a wonderful story to read. As many folk lores have a religious aspect so does this one. It's message is more direct, however the book can be integrated in a good folk lore series for classroom use.

Yes, even I can draw and paint! These Walter T. Foster series are truly a must for anyone who would like to paint but have always felt they couldn't. I was one of those, but not anymore. The author takes you through the outline phase, what paints are used, brushes, techniques and the finishing touches.

I can't stress enough how invaluable these books are, even for "real artists".
