I am a Middle School teacher in the Virginia Beach School system. I bought the training CDs in order to train myself so that I can teach other Business and Instructional Technology teachers how to use this powerful program. These vides clips have got to be the fastest and most efficient way to learn the PSP X tools and user interface. Thanks for taping them at just the right speed. I have found some other training tapes to be painfully slow.

Large full color step-by-step photographs show the reader how to acheive successful results. A novice can understand the instructions and get results quickly. Techniques that are especially attractive: faux leather look, patina verdigris, painted mosaics, crackle finish. From the start to the last page- a wealth of valuable information on painting and decorating furniture. Highly recommended for any "do-it-yourself" furniture and home decorators

Prior to seeing this book I didn't think it was possible to achieve the beautiful, soft detail of these paintings. They are as charming as they are beautiful and the compositions are highly professional. The steps were easy to understand and very encouraging.

Spiritual without being preachy, Death Rides a Paint Horse is a must-read for Western fiction fans. Dubbed "The exciting sequel to 'Miracle at Tombstone'," the novel lives up to its predecessor. Twists and turns throughout the book will keep you guessing as to just who that dark stranger is, and just what the prominent citizens of one of the Old West's most famous towns are up to.

Do I recommend it? You bet! Saddle up for a great Western adventure!

This really is one of my favourite books for helping me do new projects. It's just great, as it covers all kind of effects that are good not only for walls but anything you can think of. It helps you plan, prepare, execute and then admire your achievement. With easy to follow instructions for stenciling, wood work or what ever you want (you'll find it in here). It teaches you what products are used for what, how to achieve an effect. You will learn fast HOW TO what ever you want to work on. This book is highly recomended for beginers or those who are still not pro's.

I had a top-bar beehive I wanted to decorate - lots of blank space on the hive screaming for some sort of ornamentation. This book really got me thinking and provided all sorts of ideas.

Finding a good book with great ideas and real information is a plus - glad I bought this one.

Jocasta Innes's shares her vast knowledge of stenciling,marbleing and sponge techniques in this excelent, easy to follow book. Ms. Innes exposes secrets about color and how to use it effectively and even shares time honered English recipes for the absolute best paint glazes in the world. Ms Innes also presents ideas and knowledge from her friends and fellow decorative painters making this book about the most valuable in my collection. If you are a beginner or professional, you will love the trompe l'oeil scenes and designer ideas. I say, get it. Margie Wallace

Great resource for all types of surface decorating! Provides very clear, easy-to-follow instructions, and pictures. Wonderful results with easy-to-find materials. It was so much fun - I wanted to refinish everything in my house!
