One of the most compact, informational, interesting, well-organized altas' out there! Its a great source of information, and so compact! I love it.

This was a very useful map on our trip. Someone on the plane over showed us places to visit and told us about the different areas. This map made it easy to find our way around London. Never got lost.

The book takes about 45 minutes for an adult to read.
It has a surprise ending.
Another reviewer said that her 6-year-old was able to see the cues.

As a former Boston College alum, I love the fact that there is a coloring book my kids can have and see where I went to school. They love the Eagle and love following him throughout the campus with the alphabet. They also enjoyed the activities at the end of the book. Great coloring book!!!

This darling and simple reader was the first book I ever read in English, so sweet and memorable that I went on an internet quest for it thirty years later. The illustrations are simple red and black, and the story is told in less than 30 words in a memorable sort of sing-song language I remember to this day. I'm glad this story is back in print - it used to be impossible to get used, as each girl that read it "loved" her copy to tatters. This book would be particularly appropriate for a feminine little girl who loves to dance and dress up. Thanks for bringing this classic back!

was definetly worth ordering and fun to read.
A must read for baseball fans of any era.

Rabbi Abrams has a magical way of exciting the soul and opening up what on first glance can be quite intimidating, the Talmud. She learned with Rabbi Seinsaltz and gives readers insights into his marvelous works. This book is useful for those experienced in Talmud study but will be particularly helpful for those with little exposure.

The Guide is a 'end in and of itself' - readers will gain insight and inspiration from the guide even if they do not go forward with their Talmud studies.

Rhyme of a young village boy who makes a somewhat heroic effort to retrieve a big cowbell from the Alm (in snow) to carry in the cowbell parade-festival (Glockenumzugsfest). The festival symbolizes driving away winter. This entertaining little story, with beautiful art work characteristic of Unterengadin, may give the reader a sense of how farm kids in the Alps could be made to feel inadequate by their colleagues, how the fear of being last or lowest could drive them to succeed.

Another kids' book about alpine life is "Lieber Alex" by Helen Güdel, which also exists in English translation.

This review is based on the German translation from the original Räto-Romanisch spoken in Engadin ("The Inn Valley"), where the Inn River begins in southeastern Switzerland before flowing eastward through Austria.

This is a great book and explains "change" in a family is really okay! I love this entire series and every Mom and Teacher should get them all!

My kids just love Benny and the Bulls, and they had such a great time coloring this book! I'm happy that they've learned their ABC's! The games and rhymes make the book even more fun for them, and they look through it again and again. A great buy!
