This book is great for coaches just getting started with a new program. It highlights the little "extras" to think about before
a season begins as well as during and after season. There is so much to think about and this book makes sure that things aren't
over looked. I highly recommend this book to new volleyball coaches.

This book is great for new high school coaches that are trying to build their program. There is ample information about practice
content and design as well as a checklist for the performance components of each individual skill. Unlike many other volleyball
books, this one contains vauluable information about running tournaments, fundraisers, and starting a youth league. I would
strongly recomend this book to anyone who has recently started coaching the sport of volleyball.

Authors Lea Ann Holzmeister and Patti B. Geil have complied a great reference book on nutrition as it relates to diabetes.
It actually does take you from A to Z with information on everything that you might need to know a little about. It deals
with alcohol, antioxidants, blood fats (Lipids), caffeine, calories, carbohydrates, insulin issues, cholesterol, glucose intolerance,
kertones, preventing diabetes, metabolism, protein, and weight control as examples of how broad in scope the information is
within these pages.
The book also gives you definitions of terms and organizations and treatments so you can also expand your over-all knowledge of how to deal with this disease. It is simply written and easy to understand. Nothing complicated about the book, which would make it a good book to gift to someone with diabetes. It is a quick education on this disease and a book that one should have in their medical reference library at home.

This dictionary covers nearly every type of dinosaur and many dinosaur relatives alphabetically. It gives the pronounciation
and often the meaning of the name and a paragraph of interesting informationabout the animal. Every dinosaur has an outline
that compares its size to a human, and every animal is illustrated, though a few have only a skull shown. There is an introduction
about telling dinosaurs from other reptiles and a glossary at the end. My kindergartener loves to listen to me read it, probably
a second or third grader would be able read it alone.

the author is not only technically competent but has extensive experience in the industry. His book on " Distillation Operation"
is also highly recomended.

This one book, and its brother, "Distillation Operations," seem to capture all the theoretical and empirical knowledge of
vapor-liquid separation in two tidy volumes. I just don't see how Henry Kister can top this with his new book, "Distillation
Troubleshooting." Donald Schneider wrote an excellent review of this book for Amazon. When you buy "Distillation Design" take
"Distillation Operations" as well. If you must choose, pick "Distillation Operations." However, if you do, you will miss some
excellent design information. "Distillation Operations" describes several mis-steps in commissioning and operating columns.
"Distillation Design" is divided into tray columns and packed columns. Each section begins with theoretical development and ends with empirical data. Where else can you expect to find methods to compare different random packing or estimates for stage height? As an engineer experienced in packed tower design, I found his descriptions of different classes of packing very useful. He took the point of view of a historian on this subject allowing the reader to follow the development of random packing from the raschig ring through to modern packing.
How do these volumes compare to other references such as Ludwig's "Applied Process Design?" Ludwig is excellent but it is more difficult to find what you need. Kister's two volumes are more specific and slightly easier to follow. Consider Ludwig's book later when you are designing nuts and bolt details of columns. For case histories, and basic knowledge of vapor-liquid separation, you can't beat "Distillation Design" and "Distillation Operations."
If you don't have this book on your shelf you should. If you are just starting out in the business, and can't afford both volumes, buy "Distillation Operations." But, if you will be involved directly in the design business, as I am, buy both volumes.

did what made him happy. This book is worth looking for at a used book store or the library. Any book by Elizabeth Seifert
is good.
REALITY OF HOW LIFE AND LOVE CAN BE SOMETIMES

In a way, this book seemed so real. Sometimes we are pressured into marrying someone out of status rather than out of love.
Such was the case of the doctor and his psychiatrist wife who married each other but were not happy and fulfilled. He finally
released the front he put on and divorced her, and married the girl who really made him happy. This book was also 'real'
in the fact that sometimes we don't realize how much we love and care about someone. But the truth will always come to surface,
and sometimes it takes death to make it come to the surface. I could relate to this book because I could get in touch with
my feelings, and see how things that I've experienced has happened to the characters of the book (and I know it happens in
real life, too). I would highly recommend reading this novel. Very good book.

This book is my favorite of the Dragonball Z books I have read so far. It has one of the best battles in all of the series
as Vegeta and Goku test each others limits. Each time Vegeta seems to be beaten he comes back from the dead. This is probably
the first truly great battle of the series. Finally, vegeta is defeated when Gohan transforms into a giant ape and then falls
on him. You should definitely buy the first four books of the series as they set the stage for the adventures to come.

The book I read was Dragon Ball Z, volume 26. This book is about a new evil villain named Magin Buu. His job is to defeat
every living human on Earth and to destroy the planet as well. But lickily, Earth's hero know as Goku or kakarot, fights hard
to stop the Buu, but is Goku's Super Sayain 2 strengh enough to stop the evil villain Buu.
Some of my favorite parts were when Goku finally faught neverthemore powerful Kid Buu and their battle lasted long.I also thought that it would be cool if Kid Buu could turn to a Super Sayain himself.
I really enjoyed this book and i would highly reccomend this book to people who like novel cartoons, suspence, and action so enjoy the many adventures with Goku and friends.

This is one awsome book! The final volume in Akira Toriyama's martial arts masterpiece Dragonball Z! The worlds greatest heroes
have fallen, absorbed by the ever more powerful Boo, who has slaughtered everyone on the planet. Only Goku remains alive to
fight... but even his strength will not be enough, unless he uses the magical Potara Earrings to permanently fuse with another
warrior! Who will he choose, and when the dust clears, who or what will he become? On earth, among the stars, and even inside
Boo's body, its time for the final battle! Goku chooses the Saiyan prince Vegeta as his Fusion partner, and they become the
almighty Super Vegerot! Even Super Boo is no match! But then he absorbs Vegerot... or does he? Vegerot's plan is set into
action! The acid in Buu's stomach sets them into 2 people again! Vegeta and Goku free the ones who have been absorbed, thus
returning Super Buu to normal! But when Vegeta frees Majin Buu, thinking it would make him weaker, accidentaly sets loose
the evil Kid Boo! The ultimate battle is here!
