Excellent job of connecting this book with books 1 and 2. At least some questions get answered here. Can't wait to see what happens next.
PERFECTLY GOOD READ BUT NOT AS STRONG AS THE OTHER TWO IN THE SERIES

Keri Arthur set a high benchmark in terms of thrills and spills in her previous 2 books so this seemed a little lacklustre in comparison. Otherwise it is a good book with all of Arthur's trademark sexy, dark intensity, continuous action and imaginative array of otherworldly creatures.
Despite the various oblique clues throughout all 3 books and a fair bit of thought on my part, the bad guy was not someone who even made it onto my shortlist so expect the author to keep you guessing right up until the end.
Dont read this book unless you have read the other two.

Teh book is ok, going on with the plot develloped in the first one, but it seemed somehow weaker... don't know why, maybe because all the books are very similar between them, and because the female lead is always thinking with her... Yeah, ok, I know this is erotica, but then, some of the sex that happens on the book seems to happen with some bad excuse to get it going, at least in these book.
Anyway, I still want to read the following two!

This trilogy was my first taste of Ms Bangs. Will not be my last. Three yummy hero types and three intelligent and interesting mates. Wit and humour and twists on the old stereotypes keep these stories moving. When the trilogy ends you are disappointed because you do not want to let these characters go. Thanks for a great read, Ms Bangs

Ok, this is the third book I have read by this author, and so far, she can't seem to write a bad story. THis was another great one! I loved the characters, especially the heroine. She's tough, she's sassy, and she is no wilting flower waiting for a man to take care of her. Go girl! I just loved the whole deal! Great writing Nina!

Nina Bangs has done it again!
The plot and characters kept me turning the pages. Nina Bangs is an automatic buy for me. Her heroes, plot and sense of humor are always on target.
Conall O'Rourke has taken his punishment from the Goddess and after centuries, he's finally getting the chance to regain his long awaited freedom. But along comes a Kavanagh he can't resist and the freedom he longs for is in jeopardy.
Gerry Kavanagh is resourceful, brave and beautiful.
What's a vampire to do when one luscious, immortal warrior is dedicated to serving and protecting you? Gerry discovers there's more to Conall that his yummy outside.
All of Nina Bangs books are sinfully delicious. I highly recommend this author.

This book looked awesome and the reviews made me run out and purchase it on a recent trip to the mall. Unfortunately, I felt let down. The plot seems interesting enough. Jazz is a witch cast out to live amoung humans for some slightly vague reason. She has been having a love/hate and off/on relationship with a vampire for hundreds of years. The vampire hero was boring in my opinion and I never really felt him or the relationship between this vampire and the witch. Jazz was humourous. She had a big heart and was kind of offbeat, which I enjoyed. The bright spot of this book has to be its outstanding cast of supporting characters..(with the exception of her human roommate who also comes across as dull). These standouts include a nasty boss with a treasured adult toy collection, a disgusting monster that Jazz has to chauffer for a living, a ghost who was a housewife who is now forever stuck to Jazz's passenger seat in her car, and most especially a pair of bunny slippers who tend to sink their teeth into anything and anyone they come across. This book drug on for a really long time...I actually nodded off several times in the middle when I was reading, which I never do. The ending was pretty good, and I really liked how the finale came about with the 'shadows' getting their revenge. There was just too many parts that weren't exciting and the plot went nowhere. There were also too many sex scenes that just weren't fun either. I will be in no rush to pick up the follow up "Hex Appeal" but I do believe that Ms. Wisdom has the tools to make this series something special. Even with magic this one, however, fails.
How much should titles reflect the story?

Yes, so I picked up this book entirely because of the title and the pretty cover. I know the saying about not judging a book, but it's tough. In this case, it was a little bit of a letdown, in part because the title had very little to do with the storyline. It was mentioned, once, tangentially, but it wasn't truly important to the main plot.
Overall the story was nothing spectacular, and it did drag a bit. I tried to like the characters, but with the exception of Fluff and Puff (who I adored), didn't really feel any connection to them. They were simply 'okay'.
The story picked up towards the end, and moved pretty well for the last 100+ pages. It also, however, got pretty explicit. This doesn't bother me (though it might some) but it did seem out of place. Like the author thought, "oh, dear, I need to toss in something risqué because that's all the rage right now, here, have a few scenes of hot lovin'!" The book could have easily done without (and would have been better without, in my opinion).
There wasn't enough detail to really get into the magickal side of the universe, everything was skimming the surface (though I suppose the other option was too much infodumping, so sometimes you can't win). In fact, a lot of the book felt that way - there was a lot of back story that was only lightly mentioned, a lot of facts that were glossed over, and a lot left unsaid. To explain it all would have taken far more pages than I wanted to read, I admit, but there has to be a happy medium between too much detail and leaving the reader feeling like they're missing something.
I want to give it three stars (Fluff and Puff deserve that on their own) but I don't think it quite warrants it. It's a high two-star book, and for someone's who's a quick reader and is looking for something to lose themselves in for a few hours, it's fine. If you're looking for great substance and meaning, or a wonderful story, there are a lot better books to spend your time on.

50 WAYS TO HEX YOUR LOVER
LINDA WISDOM
Rating: 4.5 Enchantments
Jazz Tremaine has been banished for over seven hundred years by the Witches High Council, a banishment that seems to get longer and longer with every new `offence' she commits. Employed by Dweezil, a rather hard to describe individual, she makes her living chauffeuring around some of the paranormal world's weirdest characters and makes some cash on the side by getting rid of curses.
Nick needs Jazz's help - vampires are disappearing at an alarming rate and who knows who could be next after the abductor gets his fill of vamps. Nick fears it might be witches, or at least one very specific witch. But with the history between the two of them, especially the part where he had her locked away for her own safety, might just keep her from agreeing to help him. Yet she's the only one who can help, if he can just keep her from finding out who the possible abductor is long enough to get her to agree to help.
50 WAYS TO HEX YOUR LOVER is one hot read. The chemistry between Jazz and Nick is truly something, almost ignitable. I loved the opening of this book. The reader immediately gets a sense of who Jazz is from Chapter One when she goes back to a client who hasn't paid her and unleashes the ghost of his mother-in-law. A truly fun scene.
Filled with a great cast of unique characters, from Irma who haunts Jazz's classic T-bird to Fluff and Puff, the weirdest pair of Bunny slippers you'll ever meet and not to mention Jazz's highly unusual boss Dweezil, Ms. Wisdom creates an unforgettable paranormal world, where witches, vampires, ghosts and other assorted paranormal creatures make up a very unique realm. A great mix between light and dark, paranormal readers are sure to enjoy this book.

Jasmine Tremaine and Nikolai Gregorivich have a history, but a witch and a vampire shouldn't mix. Jazz has enough problems staying out of trouble on her own when Nick shows up just in time to drag her into a traumatic situation from their past. They must work together to stop a magical force while fighting the attraction they still share.
Will the two be able to work together with out killing each other? Will their attraction for each other get in the way of stopping a powerful force in the magic world?
50 Ways to Hex Your Lover is fun filled with all the action I crave to read and has more substance than the title suggest. I was expecting a cheesy fun romance and got so much more. Linda Wisdom puts the fun and the dark together so well that this story flows like water in a stream! The supporting cast of characters just added to the brilliance that is 50 Ways to Hex Your Lover.
Jazz loves Nick and you can see it in her struggles to distance herself from him. Nick loves Jazz just as much and it shines through. They have a long history and Ms. Wisdom did a great job letting me peek into Jazz and Nick's live. I'm hoping Ms. Wisdom will write stories for Jazz's "sisters" because they seem like a fun bunch and I would love to revisit Ms. Wisdom's world.

I was really getting into this series but this one was not good. The plot dragged on and I couldn't get passed the 1st 100 or so pages. It seem like those pages should have been dropped in editing and the story began to pick up but fell off. I was expecting something very different for this series and was dissappointed. The first books were excellent!

This book was very exciting to read. But don't be fooled - it is not a romance novel. I think it should be in the fantasy or science fiction aisle. It is 3 parts vampire hunting and 1 part sex (not even love). There is not one iota of romance written in this book.
Romantic yes - in the true sense of the dictionary term...but not "amatory" in any way.

I love this series. In this latest book, The Bleeding Dusk, Victoria is still in Rome, recovering from the death of her Aunt and she is now the leader of the city's vampires hunters. Victoria is still hunting and slaying vampires when she finds that a demon is among them and is allied with the vampires. She reunites with Sebastian for help, still not sure if she can trust him or not, after all he is the Grandson of a Vampire. Max returns, another Vampire Slayer, but he is still in thrall to Lilith, the vampire queen. With the help of Max, as well as Sebastian, Victoria attempts to destroy the demons plot. There are a lot of surprises in this book. Victoria starts to fall under the thrall of Sebastian's Grandfather, Victoria desires Sebastian. This book moves along at a fast pace and is action packed, the ending keeps you on the edge of your seat. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

Victoria is still in Rome, settling her aunt's affairs and hunting the vampires there. They are currently looking for the three keys that will unlock the secrets of an alchemist, secrets that are so sought after, that the vampires have forged an alliance with demons to find them faster. The two normally avoid each other, instead choosing to fight for their place in hell and who would inherit it from Lucifer.
To make matters worse, Victoria's mother and her two friends show up to celebrate Carnival and to see about getting Victoria another husband since she hasn't done so on her own. Between protecting them, dealing with Max being back and his hand in her aunt's death, fending off Sebastian and his advances and interest in her, plus finding what the vampires want with her and what they want before they do; Victoria is a very busy lady.

The book begins with a classic battle of wits: cat vs. human. Abby tells about the situation with humor, and I had to laugh, because after a very similar situation of "moving in" on another cat's "territory," I know exactly what Abby was going through. Cat-lovers and dog-lovers alike will be able to relate to Abby's predicament.
In addition to the humor in the story, I thought Abby's compassion for the woman she met at the prison on her first visit was very classy. This woman, very pregnant, notices Abby staring at her (Abby's intuition has kicked in, is why Abby's paying such attention), and snaps rudely at Abby to back off. Abby does, but later, courageously approaches this woman and offers her help. I won't give anything away by telling what happens, but I was touched by the friendship that develops from a first meeting that was a tad hostile.
I like how characters from previous books participate in Crime Seen; everything flows well and belongs.

Abby does, but later, courageously approaches this woman and offers her help. I won't give anything away by telling what happens, but I was touched by the friendship that develops from a first meeting that was a tad hostile.
I like how characters from previous books participate in Crime Seen; everything flows well and belongs.
Another good book for this series,

This was another good installment for the psychic eye series. Not only did we get a funny well written mystery, but there is a lot of character development along with new characters being added in. I can see a lot of story lines coming up for Abby. You could probably read this as a stand alone but why would you? I recommend the whole series..
My entire family is hooked we love all her novels !

Crime Seen by Victoria Laurie was excellent. Abby is a psychic who has become a crime fighter by accident through out this series. She wants to help people and because of that ends up in dangerous situations. In this novel she helps out his FBI boyfriend with a few out cases and because she is Abby people start to try to kill her... If you are a fan then you love this book and if you have never read this series start with her first and you have a new favorite must buy author. Enjoy!
Check out the whole Psychic Eye Mysteries series;#1 Abby Cooper, Psychic Eye, #2 Better Read than Dead,#3 A Vision of Murder, #4 Killer Insight, #5 Crime Seen and #6 Death Perception (due out September of 2008!)
I would also recommended; Spirited Away by Cindy Miles, Hundreds of Years to Reform a Rake by Laurie Brown, My Favorite Witch by Annette Blair, Falling For Gracie by Susan Mallery and What's A Ghoul to Do? (Ghost Hunter Mysteries, Book 1) by Victoria Laurie.

While I enjoy this series, this installment was definitely not the best one in the series.
While I was glad not to have the annoying Cat in this book, I was irritated by Abby's constant references to "my boyfriend" in practically every paragraph. It made her seem weak and dependent and not at all the strong lead she's been in previous books. The ending only added to that feeling.
I'll read the next installment, but hope we're not in for a series of Abby and "my boyfriend" from here on out.

Dark Thirst is a nice change from the same old vampire romance. Making the hero a deaf mute vampire is a good twist from the norm, opens up allot. The heroin is strong and can hold her own, I like that too.
It was a little long on flashbacks and I started to skip over some but, all in all the it was a good read and I will be reading the next one. Need to find out what happens.

I bought Sara Reinke's Dark Thirst because of the `special value' price. By the time I got through the first few chapters I was so happy I did pick it up. I really enjoyed the story. The book had some different things in it that it kept my interest throughout.
Right off, Brandon, the main character, has something very different about him ... he is a vampire and a deaf-mute (there is a reason why he cannot heal himself, but you have to read the story to find out). His vampire clan is the Brethren and these vamps you definitely do not want to invite to dinner. They kill their donors instead of just taking a sip and letting them go. Thus is the rub with Brandon, he doesn't want to go through the bloodletting ceremony and turn into a monster so he leaves the Brethren community (a no-no with the Brethren).
I loved the characters in the book. Brandon and his heroine, Angelina (Lina), are great characters and believable. I liked the interactions between all the characters. Another interesting thing about the book is it is Brandon is white and Lina is African-American (after all the paranormal books I have read with inter-species union's it is not so odd, but still different).
For those readers that do not like the over the top sex scenes ... the ones in the book were just right. They fit into the book's story, and were not in there just for shock value.
There is an ending to this book, but I am guessing that Ms. Reinke's second book, Dark Hunger, will pick up where this one left off. I am really excited to read the next book in the series and cannot wait for it to come out.

This is a well written story about a young man who is deaf, having lost his hearing in a tragic incident when he was but a pup. You can almost feel his pain, confusion, failures and triumphs as he struggles to find his place amid a family that seems to, for the most part, openly despise him for what they perceive as his weakness. Oh, and he happens to be a vampire. When he finally gathers the courage to leave his abusive home, well... that's when the real adventure begins.
Dark Thirst was a fun read. It had wonderful pacing and well constructed memorable characters. The romantic scenes weren't over the top and didn't have a gratuitous feel to them at all. The author also has a blog, click on the link above (her name) and tell her hello, then pick up a copy of this book, you won't regret it.

"Dark Thirst" promises to be an excellent series. It puts a different spin on all the "other" vampire novels that are on the market. It introduces a new set of rules for the vampire world. I'm glad to see an author that is not afraid of writing about "not so perfect" characters (a vampire that is deaf/mute and doesn't want to kill to exsist). From start to finish, I couldn't put it down. I can't wait until the next book in the series. It is a welcome breath of fresh air.

Sara Reinke starts with the good tenant for an author: write about what you know. Thus her setting Dark Thirst in Kentucky is a solid move. The Kentucky writer opens this highly original vampire tale, with a clan of vampires, originally made up of four families. They own a huge, isolated track of land; called "The Brethren", people give them a wide birth. Reinke demonstrate a strong world building in creating the hellish, throwback existence of The Brethren. The only people permitted near their compound are migrant illegals (a problem in Kentucky, actually). These poor unsuspecting souls are often used as servants, but more generally end up as din din, killed without a concern.
Like all vamps, they have long lives. They are strong, heal fast, and are damn hard to kill. Very throwback, with the men being the chest-thumping protectors of the clan; the females are relegated to being the `little woman', caring for their homes and their men. Marriages are set up with no cares to the woman's wishes, very archaic, seeing young teenagers married to older (much older men). Women are permitted no say in the marriages, no say in just about anything. The males eat first; the women only are permitted to eat after the males have finished (intriguingly reflecting old "hills" turn-of-the-century mentality of Kentucky and the South). The members of The Brethren never leave the compound; they especially never leave the clan.
But naturally, a writer lays down rules only to break them. Brandon Noble is the grandson of the head of the Brethren, Augustus, (ala Brando in The Godfather, only he makes Brando appear a choirboy by measure!). Brandon has run afoul of the strict rules set forth by the secluded clan and it may cost his life. When he was younger, he accidentally came upon a robbery in progress. The robbers attacked Brandon, and nearly killed him, which left him deaf and unable to speak. Worse even still, he shuns the blood rituals of The Brethren. A big no no in their world. When he finally manages to leave, he knows he will be own the run for his life.
Brandon attempts to leave the compound, and now once more he is on the run. He goes to his only friend, but the friend isn't there. He meets Lina Jones, the friend's sister, and she wants to help him, but they have a world of problems to over come, despite their growing attraction.
Reinke creates a vivid world, mixing the vampire clan with old country codes, gives you a hero that is white, a heroine black, basically saying she is not going to follow the patterns of all the writers before her. With this impressive novel, the author boldly cuts a vivid debut (mass-market debut, as Reinke has other books out with smaller presses). As a true measure of her talent, check out her Regency novel The Unexpected Engagement. An Unexpected Engagement

It would seem that Claire Danvers's life couldn't get any worse, what with living in a college town that is also inhabited by vampires who wouldn't think twice about killing her, and having her parents pressuring her to move back in with them when she already lives with her three best friends.
But when Mr. Bishop arrives, things turn positively deadly.
No one's really sure what Mr. Bishop wants -- all they know is that he's more powerful than anyone, possibly even Amelie, and he lacks any good intentions. Everyone is on their guard.
Soon, everyone is buzzing about the upcoming formal ball, and all the humans are clamoring for invites, even Claire and Eve. But this is one party that the breathing might want to pass up.
FEAST OF FOOLS is an exciting, fast-paced, and chilling thriller. Ms. Caine has a real knack for combining a headstrong heroine, nicely creepy happenings, and a dash of romance and intrigue to bring about a knockout novel that'll stun, spellbind, and utterly captivate readers. There's a twist around every corner, and a cliffhanger that will leave readers
desperate for more in this wonderful series that's reminiscent of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
A word of caution: Once you start into THE MORGANVILLE VAMPIRES series, it's impossible to let go.

Claire, as usual, is dealing with a multitude of problems--her parents have decided to move to Morganville, Monica is attempting to sabotage her college, she has to find the cure to save all the sick vampires, oh...and Amalie's father (the biggest, scariest vampire of all) has come to visit and take over the town. All in a normal day for a 16 (a few weeks to 17) year old genius. This book doesn't devil further in the psyche of the bad guys and friends like previous books. But, hey, get real, the books ARE ONLY about 250 pages long. This one does dig a little into roomie Eve's childhood, and Shane seems to be maturing a great deal (Finally!)
Honestly, I easily finished the book in one afternoon and evening--with a few disruptions. I absolutely adore this series by Rachel Caine, even more than her weather warden series. What truly gets my attention about her writing style is that she so easily picks up the mentality of a 16 year old. Granted, I've more than double that age, but reading this book brings me back to my own teen years. That awkward stage where you say the wrong things simply because he don't have the experience to know better. The times where you don't say anything at all and hope to fade into the woodwork because you feel your out of your element. Caine brings that through with her character of Claire without being obvious about it and without coming right out and saying it. A fabulous writing job with her characterization.
Now for the bad part---those horrible cliffhangers! Come-on! I'm dying here! he, he. Yea, yea, she's got to have us salivating for the next one, and it certainly working on me!

To get that sort of price I expect some serious recerch or perhaps it might a scientific reporting type of book. This one is billed as a time travel novel. nothing more.

Author: Karen Michelle Nutt
This is a long read, but worth every word. Karen Michelle Nutt did a marvelous
job on writing this lengthy novel. Aislinn, a woman of our time ends up being greeted
by a man named Dougray from the past. A mist that transports them from one time
to another sweeps over them and Aislinn is lost in a new time, a past time. She
battles with wanting to return to her land but she is stuck for a unknown length of
time. Dougray a lord and a Clans owner, is responsible for Aislinn. They're at each
other's throats all the time, but passions grow between them. Though they keep it to
themselves; Aislinn finds friends and family, but still others want to send her away.
For her future antics are different from their time. She is very independent and full of
spirit. A woman comfortable to wear her slacks and short hair but beautiful to the
eyes, and full of opinions, she will not let know one tell her what to do. Dougray is
very brave, strong and handsome, full of strong spirits also, he believes that things
should be run like he see them. The conflict between their beliefs and opinions cause a
spell bounding picture. They're attracted to one another, but can not let their selves
go, because of past relationships that did not work out for reasons you will find out
when you read this brilliantly written story for yourselves. This story has some very
wonderful historic truths to it thought the characters are completely fictional. You
will be swept away on this journey through time and you will feel as if you are there.
Eighty-one Chapters of magical words that will keep you spellbound throughout the
story. You won't get any sleep, once you pick up this book, not wanting to lay it down
until you reach the end; the ending will leave you wanting more, but yet also satisfied
.
This is one of the best books I have ever read, and I'm so looking forward to reading
more from this author. I hope to see this turn into a movie.

Aislinn Hennessy is a fiercely independent modern woman with a questionable taste in men. No man in her world lived up to the men she envisioned in her highly successful romance novels. Sir Dougray Fitzpatrick, a handsome Lord in sixteenth century Ireland, has no desire to replace the wife he buried. But he is haunted by a seer's prediction that he will visit the future to seek a vision that will determine his future born.
When Aislinn visits modern day Ireland with her parents, she encounters a man who seems lost and confused. When he remembers his name and purpose, Dougray attempts to return to his own time by entering a magical mist. Aislinn follows and finds herself stuck in old Ireland, where violence is common and women are expected to be submissive to men. Deeply attracted but fighting each other at every turn, they dance around a relationship, experiencing emotions of admiration, anger, frustration, and fear. Will they discover a chance for everlasting love?
The author has created a world of myth, romance, and family secrets, historically set in sixteenth century Ireland. The characters are believable and the description of castle life is delightful. "Lost in the Mist of Time" is a must read for those interested in historical romance with a touch of the paranormal.

I am officially addicted to this series! If all Young Adult fiction was this well done, there would be no need for an adult section! In "Midnight Alley", Claire has pledged herself to Amalie in exchange for her Protection, and that of her friends. Amalie forces Claire into advanced placement college courses (not a bad thing) and private tutoring sessions with a crazy vampire (this could soooo be a bad thing!). Claire discovers some of Morganville's secrets during these tutoring sessions but what role she has to play is bigger than she could have imagined. On there personal front, things are still tense between Michael and Shane, and Eve's evil brother is claiming to be the killer of an alarming number of corpse's turning up around town. And Monica and the Monic-ettes aer up to something as well... There is literally danger around every corner, and the only kids in the Glass House can truly on count on each other. My biggest complaint in the first book "Glass Houses" was its unbelievably dramatic cliff hanger. Caine seems to have taken notice because she finds a great balance between finishing up the pressing issues in this story and allowing a few continuing threads, as well as a new twist and turn to entice us into the next volume. Great job done here and I again encourage anyone considering this series to grab up the first volume.

Great series with interesting characters and a fun to read premise. Just think about it. An entire town controlled by vampires. The people little more than sheep having to maneuver around the whims and temperaments of their volatile leaders. Unable to walk or go anywhere at night without risking being attacked. Even the daylight is no true relief since they can stay awake then also as long as they stick to the shadows. I just can't get enough of this series. I especially like the main character. She makes mistakes and can be a bit naive, but she is only 16 and Caine does a great job of making her sound and act like a typical, abit intelligent, 16 year old. I'm sooo looking forward to the next one.

I have read all three books in this series. This book picks up where book two left off. I couldn't put it down until I'd finished it. Rachel Caine is a new author for me and I like her writing. I started reading this after I finished the Twilight series and have not been disappointed. I can't wait until book four comes out. This is not just for teenagers, but for adults also. I should know I'm 53 years old.

Ok, just to let you know, Nina Bangs writes quite possibly the most hilarious sensual romance books you will ever read. This one was no exception. Her main characters were VERY well developed, and her secondary characters-like Sparkle and Ganymede-were also very well done. And I LOVE the name of the inn! One thing that wasn't made clear was if Cynthia was a vampire or not, but other then that, the story was fantastic! Loved it!

I love everything Nina Bangs has done. When I read this one I did it in one day. Most of her books I can't put down. Romance, vampires, sex, danger, they were all there. Great story line.

NIGHT BITES by Nina Bangs was a fun, quirky paranormal romance. The sequel to MASTER OF ECSTASY, NIGHT BITES is about a vampire named Thrain who has tracked down the missing daughter of his best friend and now faces the daunting task of convincing her to go home. This is daunting because 1) Thrain wants Cindy more than anything and 2) Cindy will freak out when she finds out her father's a vampire.
I enjoyed this book immensely. For one, Cindy owns an inn that caters to people who want to believe in the supernatural - without ever realizing that real werewolves, vampires, wizards, and witches stay at her inn as guests. The chaos that these guests cause is pretty cute. For another, two of the guests are cosmic troublemakers. One's a fat kitty with super powers; another is a sexy lady on a mission to cause sexual mayhem. Of course, she fully intends to make sure Cindy and Thrain hook up.
With its nutty characters and "spirited" setting, NIGHT BITES makes for an entertaining read. I think Thrain and Cindy are a hot couple with good chemistry and repartee. I also like Thrain's ability to implant memories in people - his space alien cow memory was hysterical.
If you like whimsical supernatural romances, NIGHT BITES is the book for you! Make sure you read it's prequel, MASTER OF ECSTASY, first so that you know who Cindy's father is and why Thrain is so devoted to him. Both are cute books. Highly recommended.
