This book is an excellent introduction to the typical casino games and the pro and cons of playing them. The focus is on enoying your vacation by using complimentary gifts (rooms, drinks,meals etc.) to make up for any losses you might have and gaining the proficency and control to win at the tables. It makes a weekend at Alantic city or Vegas pay for itself. Get's you around town well also.

This book just won the "Gourmand Best in the World Digital Food Book 2001" in Perigueux, France.

It makes even a non-cooker feel like they want to cook!

This is a great book to learn about Hawaiian culture, if you live on O'ahu. We moved to the Big Island from Colorado and we noticed that there is a big difference between the islands as to how you are treated by the locals. Probably due to the fact that Hawaii is a bigger island and doesn't have the high concentration of tourists so the local population is a bit more friendly and really has the Aloha Spirit. It would be nice to have a book written just about the Big Island. All in all it is a good resource to get you started if you plan on living or visiting here.

This book is nice if the parent is gone a few days a week.

This book is good to have when you are travelling on long distance by car or flight. It keeps my girl occupied when she is travelling on a 5 hours journey.She tries to paste different stickers from one page to the other.

I was told, never believe everything you read. This is true when it comes to this inspiring book. Yes, it is inspiring! It does have a few facts wrong though.
Please use this book along with a Bible to see for yourself. Do not just read this book and not look at the Bible. The author was very believable when he wrote and used these facts incorrectly. If you know your bible stories, you might catch the mistakes.

I checked this book out of the library to discover more things to do with my preschooler. I live in Virginia, but grew up on the west coast so I wanted a resource to help me find age appropriate day trips that our family could take. This guide was organized well and the information was helpful. I am also looking at the New England book in the series because we'll be moving again soon. Reading these kinds of books is a great way to discover fun, inexpensive things to do as a family besides going to the mall.

Nowadays, traveling overseas the Ugly Americans & their children are becoming endangered. Going anywhere by public transportation seems even more of a hassle. Evelyn Kaye's FAMILY TRAVEL: Terrific New Vacations for Today's Families is a guidebook worth exploring, with this in mind, it was written prior to September 11, 2001, so the simplicity of travel arrangements may well have changed.

"Froggy Goes to Camp" is a really funny book about Froggy's latest adventure which is going to summer camp. He wakes up on the first day of summer so excited he jumps up and down on his bed and bumps his head. He happily gets ready and thinks he packed everything. But he soon finds out he didn't. His father has to turn around and go back home, not once, but two times because first, Froggy forgets his sleeping bag and then his bathing suit.

They get to the camp in the evening and Froggy starts to get really, really nervous. He doesn't know anyone and decides he wants to go home. His bunkmates are nice but he doesn't like that the camp director is his school principal.

In "Froggy Goes to Camp," each day they do different things and somehow, Froggy always manages to do something funny. He slid eggs on Mr. Mugworts' head one day, hit him in the bottom with an arrow and tipped over their kayak. Day by day Froggy felt better about camp and when his parents come to get him, he is happy to go home and sing the camp songs about beans that he learned.

This GeoHoliday travel club idea sounds like a great membership to have. There are so many locations that Geo holidays can take you. Not sure what the investment would be, but it seems like it would be worth it. i found more info about geo holiday at www.geoholiday.com and saw even more destinations listed than are in the book. My wife and I love to travel to Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe. This club sounds like the ideal package for the consummate traveller. Thanks for a great read!
