Once again the Berenstains offer valuable insight on the lesson of sharing. Not only do the words rhyme, but the detailed illustrations are telling to the lessons.
Great book for anyone who needs to learn the lesson of sharing.

I loved this book. I gave it to my sister, who is always been there for me. She cried as she read the book.

This is a brilliantly written book. I would've given it six or seven stars, but I couldn't. This book will take you beyond the dragon portal with Sadie. The description is perfect, not long and boring, or short and empty of information. You get a clear picture of the setting, dialogue, and action.

P.S. Hercules Amsterdam is great too.

After reading the first several chapters I was absolutely mesmerised. I couldn't have ever imagined what it was like.

I ADORE Narinder Dhami's books. Bhangra Babes kept me entertained for hours and hours. The plot was sweet and funny! I dont want to give away too much, but to me, this was a truly amazing book!

My 3 year old daughter must read "Big Ben" twice before she gets to bed. She somehow related herself as Ben, a preschool boy who is too little to get a report card. But, Ben can do so many things by himself, he finally got a report card from his sister and brother.
Now, I encourage my daughter to do something by herself to get a report card like Ben, it works every time! She loves the report card idea, and I love to see her becomes more and more independent each day!

"The Big Box" is a Level 1 book from the Real KidsReaders series. My son is a still a beginning reader, strugglingsomewhat, and is easily frustrated when he finds he cannot read many of the words in a book. I have tried other beginning reader series of books found that several of their Level 1 titles were too advanced for him. I introduced this book to him, and lo and behold, he read an entire book by himself! His confidence level was raised by accomplishing this and now, since I've introduced other books in this series to him, he has started taking more risks and his reading is improving steadily.

I was very pleased that the content is phonics based, includes rhyming words, and bright photographs of the main characters - children who appear to be around the same age as the reader it was intended for. It also includes a page at the end with phonics guidelines and helpful hints for parents to make reading a positive experience for their children.

If you have beginning readers who are ready to tackle their first book by themselves, I highly recommend this book, and the others in this series.

My daughter loves these books! She's nine, so eventhough some of the story lines include crushes on boys (the girls in the book are a bit older) they mostly focus on these girls, their lives, their unique personalities and friendship. She gets through each one pretty quickly and I have to rush to get her the next! I'm glad I have another daughter who will be able to enjoy them too when she's older. Great girl stuff!

The author has determined that our birth order is a tremendous influence on our selves -- sibling influences and parental involvement have a great affect on our adult outcomes. Fresh, witty, candid, and honest, Mr. Vaughn is a welcome addition to the field. Instead of wringing his hands in despair, he gives us the motivation and necessary insight to understand ourselves and others more completely.

This book really leads you the wrong way until the very end. In this suspenceful story, Frank and Joe are asked to investigate a case for some of their friends. What they don't know is that Greg and Mike Rawley have something else planned for them, and the Hardy's don't know what is coming! This book is still one of the best of the Hardy Boys Casefiles, and is a must to get for serious fans.
