eventhough every country tends to use restrictif theory but that can not make any deferrent from any country ( esspecially from the third country )that any states always use public action as act of states that being covered by immunity. And can not be sued or executed. This book will explain more and more details with of course cases and materials that make it more clear by reffering cases that brought a states to become a dependant in another foreign states court

I assume Amazon will not approve this review, but on the off chance they do, I am writing it. I just wanted to let anybody who is interested know that one may obtain this article by visiting the Cato Institute's website and searching for Penn Jillette. It's a very entertaining (even insightful in a way) piece, as are the handful of Penn's articles available at that site.

This is yet another fantastic piece of journalism from Ace Reporter Adam Stapleton. The description in this literary mini-masterpiece truly fills my nostrils with the thrill of life not only aboard a Navy vessel but in the galley as well. The sound bites are thrilling and unique, and the attention to detail concerning the cooking and aroma of a galley are top-notch. Anybody interested in cooking should most definitely give this article the long, pleasant sniff it deserves.

I used this book both as a freelance magazine writer and as a teacher of writing. Bugeja discusses ways to begin with a topic for an article and then expand to the theme, tone of narrative voice, an element he calls takeaway value, and a sense for what market to target in planning and writing. His examples are many, his approach sensible, his advice valuable.

This article gives a short history of blacks and unions, and provides info on recent books that deal with the subject. Dana Crum is as entertaining as he is informative. Here's an excerpt: "White sociologist Christine L. Williams goes deep cover as a low-wage retail worker at two national toy store chains in Inside Toyland: Working, Shopping, and Social Inequality. Her findings are disturbing but not surprising: 'Workers are sorted into jobs on the basis of race and gender, resulting in advantages for white men (and, to a lesser extent, white women) and blocked opportunities for racial/ethnic minority women and men.'"

I'm a twelve year old and have just finished reading this book. It really is something great. I think it's an emotional whirlwind for Harry and he gets over a lot. This book shows character and it introduces a world unlike any we've thought of. J.K. Rowling does an excellent job of peering, if only for a moment, into the minds of teenagers and what they go through. It's not completely the same context, but what Hermione goes through in this book is a lot like what happens to me! It's really grand. I fear I'm not describing how I feel about this book very well but I just don't know how to put it to you! I wish there were more people like J.K. Rowling, because then our lack of communication skills in the world wouldn't matter. Because people would already know how people felt, and they wouldn't need words.

I like the twists and turns in this particular Harry Potter, because she makes it seem as though there really is a magical world, filled with brooms and curses and Dark sides and good sides. J.K. makes you want to keep reading about Harry, and, in turn, keeps you wanting good things for him. And good things only. She has excellent describing words and a knack for making the reader utterly despise Drace Malfoy. It really is a maraculous book filled with wonders and magic. (for lack of a better word)

The young are getting more and more talented... I've read this story... I think we may have a young, burgeoning Jane Austen....
