The Bambi Book is the story of the day Bambi meets Thumper. Thumper leads Bambi around the woods and introduces him to his friends, Owl, Skunk, etc. This is a great story for little ones because it's full of the detailed, wonderful pictures of Bambi and his friends; it's told in short sentences for short attention spans; and best of all, there's no depressing struggle for survival or mother-killing. This version of Bambi is actually written for children.

I liked this book because of the drawings and the words. My favorite parts were when Bambi was born, when Bambi called the skunk Flower, and when Thumper stepped on the mole's head.

I hope all you people buy and read this book because it's cute.

This is indeed a darling, little story featuring Bambi and his friends, Thumper the Bunny, Flower the Skunk, and Owl. There are twelve pages in the book consisting of six double-paged pop-ups. It's Bambi's one-month birthday and Bambi is excited to share the great news with everyone in the forest. However, Thumper, Flower, the beavers, and even the birds are just too busy to listen to Bambi's news. While Bambi begins explaining to Owl why he feels sad, his friends suddenly surprise him with a birthday party. Bambi understands that this is why everyone was too busy to listen to him: "From then on, Bambi never worried that no one cared about him." What a perfect storybook ending!

Pooh is always a hit around our house, but this book is a special favorite. A sweet story of how pooh discovers the definition of a neighborhood and visits with all his friends in the process.

This story is amazing. Isabelle's (Belle from Beauty and the Beast) worst enemy, Kenny McIlhenny(The Beast from Beauty and the Beast)comes down with the chicken pox and his mom and dad are going on a trip. Will Kenny's parents stay home with him or will Kenny stay with Isabelle...Find out when you read this book! Beauty's Revenge.

A wonderful fairytale for my 4 year-old daughter who is fascinated with all Disney heroines and princesses. It is a great addition to her collection of Disney read alongs. The read-along tape often keeps her entertained as much as if I were reading to her.

Beauty and the Beast Soundtrack is outstanding. We bought it for our four year old daughter after seeing the Broadway production in Boston. She absolutely loves it. She consistently plays it on her toy tape recorder. It is also the most requested tape while riding in the car. The soundtrack has the quality and clarity that the stage show possessed. It even contains the narration and some of the speaking parts. This soundtrack is a must for anybody who loves Beauty and the Beast.

John Canemaker is the best animation author in the business, and I own all of his books to date. Before the Animation Begins is beautifully illustrated and so informative--it is a book I pick up again and again. It is a must have for all Disney animation fans.
