This is a very complete book showing the rider how to create a complete exercise program designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. The exercise diagrams are clear and show which specific muscles are being targeted and how the exercise relates to riding. The programs allow you to advance to more diffiicult exercises as you improve. There is also chapters on healthy eating and stress reduction.

This is the best running log I have ever used. The weekly pages have a useful setup , the variety of charts for recording race and training info. is comprhensive, and the training and stretching information is excellent. The page set up allows you to keep your training information in a useful and organized format. It has a 5 column format with weekly goals, actual weekly milage, and year to date milage totals at the bottom of each column. I use the 5 columns to record my milage and workout information for running, cycling, swimming, cross training, and weight training. Each page allows room for comments, weekly goals, weekly actual milage, and year to date totals. I plan to use this training log next year again and have recomended it to my friends.

It's the perfect, quick and easy guide to being mindful and learning to better you life.

Wow, I checked this out at my library and was amazed at the info in this. I am from Indiana and this has every score from every sectional, regional, semi state and state game from 1911 - 2005. I bought a used one on Amazon for my own for a little over $2!!! Best money I have spent in a long time.

I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at the readability of this travel guide. There are inspirational stories in each chapter that make lies out of every excuse I've ever given for not running a marathon. As a cheering section member, this guide helps me show support while having a good time. I especially love the section 'Forget Sightseeing, Get me to a Spa'. Next time you want to run - I'll be at the spa waiting to hear your stories.

Excellent video. Well constructed set of drills and technique training to help you learn and/or improve your stroke mechanics. Great whether learning or looking to improve.

This book is an absolute necessity if you follow UTAH/BYU football. The rivalry is vividly painted with the book. It is almost an entire history of this tense rivalry. Rosetta and Miller are particularly good at taking the UTAH or BYU view in each chapter. The book synopsis is correct on the cover of the book--each chapter makes you laugh and cry, disagree and agree, and protest and cheer (it all depends on which side you are on!). This book does not take sides, UTAH/BYU fans will love one part of the book, and hate another part of the book. READ IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they

This book is required to pass the Level 1 USJA Coaching certification. The book is insightful in its discussion of coaching and teaching, and can be applied to any martial art teaching. It was well-written and easy to understand, and I would recommend it to any martial artist, even if they are not going through the USJA certification process.

This is not one of those typical chronicles of a special season that delves about as deep as speeches at a booster club confab.

Author Buddy Martin - in this authorized biography - delves into the life of Urban Meyer and produces an excellent exploration into what may have appeared to be an open-field scamper from the mid-level head coaching ranks to leading one of the most storied programs in the rich history of college football.

But a cursory glance of a career hardly tells the real story.

With his family roots in a state that is a hotbed for football - Ohio - Meyer was a solid athlete for Saints John & Paul Catholic School in Ashtabula, a defensive back for the Cincinnati Bearcats - graduating in 1986 - and a minor-league prospect in the Atlanta Braves farm system.

The real challenge, though, was on the horizon, as Meyer entered the collegiate coaching ranks, spending 1986-2000 in a variety of capacities with Ohio State, Illinois State, Colorado State and Notre Dame. Martin tackles these oftentimes frustrating years for Meyer, where self-doubt and concerns about a stalled career are juxtaposed with mentors like the legendary head coaches Earle Bruce and Lou Holtz.

When the door opened in 2001 for a head coaching opportunity at Bowling Green State University in Ohio, though, Meyer placed himself on an amazing fast-track in the rugged profession. Two seasons at BGSU landed him the head coaching post at Utah, where his teams - in 2003-2004 - tallied a 22-2 mark and two bowl victories, including the Fiesta Bowl.

And the next logical step was tackling a major program, with several opportunities on the table - including his dream job at Notre Dame - but Meyer accepting the task of bringing glory back to the University of Florida.

The exploration of the National Championship season is outstanding and Martin's reporting of 2007 has more important gems than the continued media focus on Meyer's harsh comments concerning "The Celebration."

Covering Meyer's game plan for life - personal faith and philosophies - and playbook for the turf wars - the breakdown of the Spread Offense is a must for any fan - Martin shows the continuing growth of a true educator.
