A lot of hype with little substance. Does not discuss the LSAT anywhere in the book. Twenty-seven very short chapters, each consisting of only a few paragraphs - in large print! The legal information in each chapter is very superficial. Perhaps this book was written for junior high school students who are looking for some superficial information about the legal profession. The book starts on page 13 and ends on page 135. I buy and read many law books, and this one is the worst one I have ever read. Don't be tricked into buying it like I was.

If this book is like his other books, it is only good as toilet paper. Read the reviews of his other books before purchasing this.

This is not a study guide! Unfortunately, the booksellers don't provide any information when offering these resources. This book starts on page 1 with practice test after practice test. These tests may offer a fair sampling of what one might find on the NASD series 6 exam, however, they never offer any instruction and there is no explanation or reference point to help you learn why your answers are right or wrong.

I have been a Certified PA for 18 years. I purchased this book blindly throught the interned, not having the chance to look at it first. The book has some questions pertenent to the PA profession, however, some of the answers are incorrect. Additionally, the book focuses more on Nursing questions, something that PA's are not trained for and are not asked about on the PANRE. I gave this book one star only because there is no lower rating. I wish that there was some way for me to return this book, but I'm stuck with it. Oh, well, it'll make a nice doorstop.

This book, a "1997 edition," has obviously changed only the date. Case in point: Bellarmine College (Louisville, KY) has the same information listed that it did the first time I checked out this web site, in January 1995. As the site does not state otherwise, I can only believe that this is supposed to be the "current" editiion. Bellarmine now has a wonderful new library, among many of the other omissions in this section alone. Based on these errors and flaws, I would not recommend this book to anyone who wants correct and up-to-date information

This looks like a promising book, however I've found that ETS questions are much more cut and dried than the ones within this book.

The questions are ambiguous, and many times there are two answers that are acceptable, even after careful study. I would stick with a book from Kaplan, where the questions are concise, the answers are lucidly explained, and solid strategies are presented.

I honestly wonder whether using this as a study aid would do more harm than good.

This text features a number of glaring omissions, is rife with mistakes and errors, and doesn't even seem to have been proofread. Provides only a superficial review of SAT subjects, and the word list is just an amalgam of similar lists found on the internet. The cd doesn't even work!!!

I was disappointed for several reasons: the testimonials were from Top 100 USA recruits in their day (except Ventura) and their very similar experiences will not speak to the average young prospects. The heavy basketball slant suggests the authors didn't research this very thoroughly or work that hard on being more inclusive in the text. The "mechanical" stuff on school evaluations, etc. looked liked all the books on the subject. About 50% of the book was a print out of the very extensive website of the NCAA. This is about a third of the needed info on the process and in that regard is somewhat helpful.
