I really enjoyed this book! I loved the way of writing and describing the characters.
A real masterpiece amongst very boring science fiction books.

My 9 year ols son is French and English speaking but understands some Spanish. He loves to have Spanish stories read to him and although he doesn't understand every word, he gets the gist of it. The pictures in the Osito Polar stories help him understand the text. He appreciates the gentle characters, the exotic settings and the humour. He identifies with the curiosity of Osito Polar, the way he meets all kinds of other animals and quickly becomes friends with them. He admires his adventuresome spirit and also appreciates the kindness of Osito Polar in helping others. There is always a little message in the books in this series - tolerance, kindness, man's impact on nature in this particular book, which gives my son something to talk about and is a great basis for discussion for us. In a way these books are similar to the Rainbow Fish series by Marcus Pfister. A sense of peace and hope emanates from them as they are devoid of any aggressivity without being soppy.

If you or a loved one are struggling with a serious illness, you need this book. Judith is a long time personal friend who has managed to survive two devastating cancers for years. As a mystic and spiritual leader, Judith had to summon every tool, connection, friend and realization in her vast arsonal. She has poured her heart and soul into this work, personally testing each prayer, technique, exercise, visualization, and tool during her own dark nights. Never underestimate the power of prayer. One of my favorite parts of this book is reading how Judith could feel my prayers of love and how much they meant to her. Having triumphed from serious illness myself and survived the ravages of my husband's death from cancer, this is all too familiar territy. Judith's book is a powerful masterpiece that contains tried and true remedies for any situation, remedies that have lifted heavy hearts and weary souls during the most devastating times.

As an avid collector of just about everything, I was delighted to receive this book as a gift one Christmas. Its organization into topics and subtopics make it extremely easy to find information on any particular subject; the photographs are excellent; and the prices well-researched. Obviously the prices will change with time, and hopefully the author will revise the book in a few years. But meanwhile, the current edition can't be beat for its extremely interesting and informative articles on each topic. The best part about this book is that the reader not only gets an education about black collectibles, but a good read as well!

I stayed at one of their properties for a bachelor party and it couldn't of been any cooler! Stripper Pole, Pool, Pool Table, big screen TV! It was awesome! Well, hopefully they'll add it in the next edition.

Call me old fashioned, but I think you have to love any book that includes a map of the faults surrounding Virginia Lake. Oh, did I mention the photograph of the school bus caught in the 1983 Ophir Creek debris flow.
This book is subtitled Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology Special Publication 19, and it makes me want to run out and buy the whole series. The cover has a wonderful aerial photographic of the Truckee Meadows oriented toward the south, snow clad mountains disappearing into the horizon.
Did I mention that this book is cheap?

I have yet to make any of the perfumes. Just reading and planning to do the projects is fun. This is going to be a fun hobby.

This is the essential book for child care administrators. It is written in an easy to understand straightforward manner. Every chapter starts with a helpful plan and clarification of terms. The book is filled with practical, important information about staffing, organization, budget, marketing, ethical issues and anything else administrators need to know. I think one of the most valuable parts of the book is the appendix. It contains model forms to use on every subject from budget and job interview questions to a daily kitchen condition checklist. The appendix alone is worth the price of the book.

If you read this book, and cross ref. it with Janet Reno, Doing the Right Thing by Anderson, you will find out what, or who, made janet Reno what she is today.
The hell with politics, don't worry about what the majority says, figure out what you think, and do the right thing. Fix what you can, do what you must.
