What a heart warming story of such a interesting lady whom led what appears to be a very fullfilling life. I enjoed it tremendously.

I purchased this impressive volume when I began doing research for my own book, Moving A Nation to Care: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and America's Returning Troops. The editors of Military Stress and Performance say that 'lessons in the management of both the psychological casualties of combat and the returning veterans have had to be repeatedly relearned, at great personal cost to service personnel affected by the stress of war.' I couldn't agree more. Combat PTSD is not a failure of country, but of humanity itself. Important resource.

It should be a spooky laugh riot. Can't wait!

Michael Kearney presents an informed and compassionate approach to palliative care. His work in active imagination provides welcome guidance for those unfamiliar with Jung's approach. A must for any palliative care library!

I have read Rusty's first book, "On Borrowed Time...With Interest", and found myself knowing many of his characters. I was looking forward to his next book and was not let down. I recommend it highly to all readers. Once again, I very much look forward to the next one and may there be many more.

Anyone who works with or cares about end of life issues should read this book. Kearney, an MD with a specialty in palliative care (he worked with Cicely Saunders!) is a gorgeous, heartful writer and his ideas about healing are cutting edge and profound.

All Hospice people, medical students, physians and nurses should read this book.

Very good reference for the erotica bibliography.
For anyone who want to deal with this subject I propose to start with this book.

35 years after:

I can not believe I am the first person to review this book. It is a great book. I can not wait to read the rest of the series. Dark magic, swashbuckling tale of trying to find out Rol's history. Buy yourself a copy today. (if you can find one)
