This a great book. This book gives simple cues that kids can understand. I use these cues everday when teaching physical education classes. These cues make teaching a lot easier. I have found that students learn better when I use these cues!!!!!!

Dr. Mohnsen's book is a must for the library of every Physical Education Department. This book is thought provoking and presents a complete approach to the teaching of Middle School Physical Education. There is also a information on Technology and setting up a first-rate program.

I was assigned to this book for my college tennis class and I found it to be very helpful. It has everything for the beginner and everything for someone who just wants to get the techniques down right.

Good coverage of all the fundamental aspects of playing tennis. Good photos and illustrations to make the points understandable and clear to the reader. Not much needs to be updated even though the game has evolved because the author stays clear on stressing the right fundamentals in approaching the game.

I've been a sports therapist for 26 years and have bought studied most of the books on sports massage. Pat Archer has done a tremendous job of organizing, explaining, and demonstrating the methods and rationale for sports massage. This is a great book for beginner or advanced massage therapist, but may be too advanced for non-professionals.

This book does not focus on racing. It covers a lot of options for the new runner like gizmos and gear. Most importantly it explains how to start running and how to enjoy running long term. Jog your own pace and talk to friends at the same time.

This is a very complete book showing the rider how to create a complete exercise program designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. The exercise diagrams are clear and show which specific muscles are being targeted and how the exercise relates to riding. The programs allow you to advance to more diffiicult exercises as you improve. There is also chapters on healthy eating and stress reduction.

This is the best running log I have ever used. The weekly pages have a useful setup , the variety of charts for recording race and training info. is comprhensive, and the training and stretching information is excellent. The page set up allows you to keep your training information in a useful and organized format. It has a 5 column format with weekly goals, actual weekly milage, and year to date milage totals at the bottom of each column. I use the 5 columns to record my milage and workout information for running, cycling, swimming, cross training, and weight training. Each page allows room for comments, weekly goals, weekly actual milage, and year to date totals. I plan to use this training log next year again and have recomended it to my friends.

It's the perfect, quick and easy guide to being mindful and learning to better you life.

Wow, I checked this out at my library and was amazed at the info in this. I am from Indiana and this has every score from every sectional, regional, semi state and state game from 1911 - 2005. I bought a used one on Amazon for my own for a little over $2!!! Best money I have spent in a long time.
