I graduated college in January and have been looking for a job since. Finally, after purchasing this book I was able to EASILY find a job and write a "knock- out" resume. I am now a broker with AG Edwards. I would strongly recommend this book. I tried the job search web sites, and I got fast and easy results. They really fit what I wanted to do. If anything the books websites are worth the price! This is a must book for ANYONE looking for a job. I can't believe I've written this much about a book..... I guess it was just that great.

As a High School College Counselor, I am constantly pouring through books to find out more information on the vast number of colleges and universities in the United States and beyond. To be honest, I am not familiar with many two-year options, as many of my students who choose this route go to the local community college. I bought this volume on a whim, influenced only by my enjoyment of the Four-Year version. I have since assisted four students with college searches including schools that I learned of from this book, and am anxious to continue using it as a reference tool.

Of the many college search books, I find the Peterson's format the most user friendly and un-biased. Many times the writers opinions mean more than the statistics published by the school. While this is useful when assisting a student with a school that "fits", it is also nice to have the basic numbers associated with a school to determine eligibility, financial assistance, etc. The three-part nature of this book makes it very easy to find information, and in particular I enjoy the section listing the many college majors.
