This book was written as a textbook for an introduction to the biology of women by two women who, as biologists, have both a deep understanding of their subject matter, and the skill to convey their knowledge to others. We all accept on at least a superficial level that women are different from men, and that their biology is unique and specific, but we often fail to know just how and where those differences are. In the history of western medicine many strictly feminine characteristics have been explained by men in masculine terms, and this book does not do that.

Other recent books on about women rhapsodize or celebrate the female body, but this one explains it. This is not a roadmap or a geography, this is an owners manual-like an owners manual for a high performance, sleek and exciting sports car-and like any maintenance manual for an exotic and tempestuous machine, it makes for interesting reading even if you don't happen to own one.

As a practical matter this manual should be in the hands of all the owners-young to old-and read by all those who love them.

I had just finished reading Fury's novel, HIs Eyes Were Dark, He Licked His lips, when I grabbed this one. Wow! There're 20 or more stories, each one with a shocking ending. The action takes place in a scary place called Wintersville. Fury makes the backdrop as important as the doomed gay heroes of these stories. My favorite was the last one, "He's Out There!" with a great Alfred Hithcock ending. If gay sex bothers you, then forget about this book. If you're into great writing, with strong plots and scary story lines, then you should grab this one. Better in many ways than Fury's Eric's Body.

This book is a must have for ladies who deal with the stresses of everyday life. I love to run a buble bath, light candles, and sit back and read Secrets and reflect on Francois' black and white portrait of life.

This is an excellent book even if you have attended chuch all your life, or have even read the Bible from front to back! I had gone to chuch all my life, but never had a minister tacked the subject matter that this author has done and in such a way that if you study the Greek and Hebrew meanings and definitions, the scriptures take on a whole new meaning. Therefore, for people that want to be sure of the happenings during the end time, you had better read this book, study your scriptures and compare them to the Greek and Hebrew definitons..If you want to be prepared, read this book...Don't wait until its too late and the anti-christ has you in his clutches......Theres no time to wait...Again, an excellent book. Do you really believe Eve ate an apple? Think again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This book is an absolute MUST read for advertising agency management folks. Owning and operating a small advertising agency isn't easy, but having guidelines and practical, powerful, exciting examples of how to apply Mullen's formulae for success helps a great deal. Someone who knows Jim--PLEASE get him to write another book! And, print some more of this one!
