A brilliant story about a hero who starts to question his own actions. In the eyes of the public he is a hero but Hamilton himself is seeing more of a murderer in himself. The story is about how Hamilton search a way to come to peace with his own conches.

Can You Tell Me About Tomorrow?

Several years ago I bought this book for my daughter. It is a very insightful book. Nine chapters that deal with different types of fortune-telling. I have enjoyed reading about the different techniques, and have tried many myself. I especially like the chapter on I-Ching. The diagrams and charts in all the chapters are easily understood. I'm truly sorry to read that this book is out of print...it has great information for the novice fortune-teller.

Great Herbal Encyclopedia

I have had these encyclopedias for 8 years now and I still turn to them often. They are an excellent collection. They cover dosages and forms of administration. They also cover all common and many uncommon herbs. Each chapter includes past use of the herb, color drawing of the herb and sometimes a photo as well, current use with scientific information, areas where the herb can be found, dosages and warnings, the best form of application (tea, lotion, gargle, ticture etc), and it's name in several languages. I love these encylopedias. They are very useful and effective. I'm not sick often, but when I am I reach for these. I like to do cosmetic research (for my own amusement) and these are also good for that. I haven't found a better product yet. They are also made of durable material and are hard cover. I also plan to buy his food encyclopedia soon. They are arranged along the same format. You have to get this!!! The herbs are arranged by the body part that they benefit the most (skin, oral health, muscle etc). You can search for herbs by disease, latin name, and common name in several languages. Their index is very comprehensive. They are indispensable to me.

When Dr. Reid was doing his doctoral dissertation, who would have thought that religious fanatics dreaming of bombing the world into paradise would again become current? While the specific mantic context of the text's particular end of days views leaves the violence to God, there is a nexus. We would be well advised to study Daniel and Edras and the context not only to understand the Christian fundys, but the "radical Islamists" as well. Dr. Reid's dissertation is well worth the effort to read through.

Extremely Erotic

This book lives up to its title. With a strong fetish and bdsm element, it depicts a multitude of the most 'interesting' situations all photographed in ways that bring out the model's personalities whether they be submissive or dominating in nature.
The only downside is the page sizes are a little small, and some images are printed many to a page in a thumbnail style.

Flash Gordan, Star Wars, and a few other space dramas contribute to the setting of the next episode of the Cross-Time Caper. Kurt gets to work on his swordplay, Lockheed the dragon has a huminoid conterpart, and there is the fast action and easy pacing of a space drama. Issue 16 has one of my favortie covers, and the books are fun, with great art throughout. The two issues together (with issue 17 as part two) are a great stand alone story.

Excellent begining of a two part story

21 & 22 The Cross-Time Caper continues, as the team jumps into a world where the American Revolution failed and the English Empire is still strong, as is Prussia. Caps alternate is a Native American who is called Crusader X, and is the leader of the X-men who are officially a part of the British Intelligence agencies. They participate in stopping an attempt by the Shadow King and Iron Man to assasinate a large meeting of ambassadors. A good, tight story, able to stand alone in the two issues, with excellent artwork, even though Davis is again absent from the book. Perhaps my favorite episode of the Cross-Time Caper.

INFERNO! Issues 6 & 7 are tied into the major X-men event called Inferno. The members of the team are drawn into the event when Rachel flies to New York in response to a mental cry for help from the baby, Nathan Summers. Some are trasformed or captured by the demonic magics controling New York, while those left fight to free them and to simply stay alive. The excellent art by Davis, and the full and complete storytelling by Claremont continue. As always in Claremont's storytelling there are hints for the future. Excellent Issues.
