I could not put this one down! This well-written book is a must-have for all Rusty Wallace fans! Real insight into the life of this great racing legend as told by his family, his friends, his fellow competitors, and by Rusty himself.

The book is filled with outstanding photos by Kenny Kane depicting Rusty's life both on and off the track. There are many candid photos of Rusty at work at the office, at home with his family, or just out having fun!

This 102 page paperback book takes a look at the life of the Catholic nun St. Bakhita of Sudan. Aimed at older elementary and middle school readers, the book also contains a prayer through the intercession of the saint and a glossary at the end of the book. Another great addition to the Encounter the Saints series.

i have read many books in the past concerning joan of arc and nothing even compares to the fluent sentances and smooth readability of this book

Coupled with a chapter from the New Saint Joseph Baltimore Catechism (#1), nightly readings from Pauline Media's two-volume "Saints for Young Readers" are an excellent way for parents to catechize their children.

Organized to parallel the Church's liturgical calendar, each day's saint is given a two-page biographical sketch that highlights his or her life, virtues, and holiness. Also included is a brief reflection or prayer based on a virtue exemplified by the saint.

If you are a "politically correct" person, I advise you to avoid this book, and all of Wallace's africa books, to avoid apoplexy. Alas for you, reality - both then and now - is simply not politically correct. (You might avoid Africa, too, if you don't want to get eaten!) For any one still having an open mind, this book provides an illuminating window on the life of a very primitive people, and one view of a practical way to deal with them.

Wallace and Gorham have produced an excellent aid to teaching video in high schools. Their knowledge and experience exceed "old-school" boundaries bringing a modern edge to journalism education while still using understandable concepts. Truly this captivating instructional supplement will satisfy any reader ready to learn!

This book will change the way you think about food. I cannot praise it high enough. It is a must read for anyone who wants health, vitality, and long life! I am a doctor and have read many books over the years and none were so INSPIRATIONAL as this one for a healthly life style in this age of too much food!

Perfect for the Kindle. This is one of the best and earliest books (1910) explaining the Law of Attraction. It inspired the hit dvd 'The Secret'. This is a nice readable edition. And the price is right.
