I thought this book was lovely to read at badtime. It was the perfect way for me to tell my child how much they mean to me!

As a part-time college professor, I am very interested in military history and enlightening books on that subject. This is a wonderful, lucid summary of the military aspects of the American Revolution. It has simple, understandable maps that aid the reader. If this book were in print, I would make it required reading.

This book is great, very well written and it includes great math concepts. Also includes a homemade applesauce recipe at the end which turned out perfect, my kids LOVE this book.

This book was very helpful for me in understanding the graduate application process. My undergraduate institution does not have an advisor to help me, so I had to figure it out on my own. The book was very detailed and specific, and it explained the process and answered my questions a lot. The book also gave tips and advice for every stage of the application process. I feel like I wasted money on other books that only half-way explained things before finding this one. I strongly recommend buying this book if you are considering an advanced degree in psychology like me.

I love this book - I came here to see if it is available in hardcover, but it is not. The illustrations are gorgeous, and the words are so perfect you could not add or subtract a single one. I could reread this one forever, which is good because my seven year old girl still enjoys it too. The subtle humour included for adults always makes me smile. "He gathered all the things he would need for a busy night's work and told his mum not to wait up." I also like the creativity of David's play in the pictures. Do not hesitate on this one, it is one to savor.

This book is the best literary criticism of any I have read. I enjoy being taught about something I am interested in, and Lentricchia is a great teacher. Not only can he teach, he can write in a way that is fantastically accessible to a person like me. He also can write such intellectual and academic criticism that it flat blows your head off, or rockets out so fast that neither I, nor even smart, old, Harold Bloom wouldn't get it. This book fits my bill. Enjoy.

This book combines some great information about the techniques and media of art with ideas to bring out self-examination and creativity. Highly recommended.

I bought this book as I have an appreciation not only for the characters but the art behind the movie. This book not only goes into behind the scene details, but breaks out the main characters and explains the thought behind each including pictures of unfinished characters either in clay or sketch format. It really helps one get a feel for the process as a whole. Filled with many full color pictures this would make an awesome gift for any Wallace and Gromit fan. It has to be by far the best and most comprehensive Wallace and Gromit book I've seen. Congrats Aardman!
