A Moving BookReview Date: 2001-01-15
This book wastes little time and immediately sends the reader on a deep, meaningful pilgrimage. All along the way Dr. Jones continues to point out interesting details of religous life in a captivating and honest manner. He backs up all of his statements with passages from the bible, expirences in his life, and with stories told to him by over Christians.
"In Christ" crosses over the denominational boundries that have plagued religon. The ideas and values presented in this book are true for all Christians. The doctrine in this book does not only crosses denomination lines, it also passes through time. The informaion provided in "In Christ" was true when it was first published in 1961, is still true today, and will be true far into the future.
I recommend "In Christ" to anyone serious about changing their live in a postive and dynamic fashion.

A must for college libraries, all mathematicians and students should have access to it.Review Date: 2006-07-31
There is also a chronology, which lists the volume, number and year of the journal where the problem appeared. This section is followed by an alphabetized author index, where all the contributors of the problems are given the proper credit. After that, there is a title index, where the titles assigned to the problems are listed in alphabetical order. An index of citations used in the problems is included, followed by a bibliography, glossary, and a keyword index.
My favorite section is that of the unsolved problems, a list of all the problems listed in the index where the solution is still unknown. I love to read such problems, thinking them over in my mind, sometimes writing down what I know and possible plans of attack. For some of the problems I make some attempt to solve them, although it is rarely a concerted one.
I love the problem books produced by MathPro Press and fervently hope that they continue to publish them. They are a valuable addition to the mathematical literature and provide a unique history of much of the mathematics that was done during the years that were indexed. They belong in the library of every college and university with a mathematics department.

If you love problems, then this is the book for youReview Date: 2000-06-24
In addition to the classification scheme and the problems based on that scheme, there is the following additional reference material:
I. A list of the problems grouped by journal and the page of this book on which they appear.
II.
A chronology of the problems, grouped by journal.
III. A listing of the problems, based on authors.
IV. A listing
of the problems, in the alphabetical order of their titles.
V. A section listing the particular issues of the journals
covered in this work.
VI. An abbreviated description of many journals that have a regular problem column. This includes
several journals whose problems are not included in the book.
VII. A list of those problems that remained unsolved as
of June, 1991. In general, this is defined as one whose complete solution has not appeared in the journal where it appeared.
This includes thirty-nine from the pages of JRM.
VIII. An index of problem citations.
IX. A bibliography, glossary
and keyword index.
And all of the above are superbly done. This book is also easy on the eyes, with very crisp
lettering.
A work that is long overdue, one is pleased to read that additional indexes are planned. This book, and
all subsequent issues, are necessary additions to all academic libraries and those of anyone with an interest in problems.
Also, any teacher of undergraduate mathematics can find a wealth of material here.

Includes an Outstanding Encyclopedic Overview of the Rare EarthsReview Date: 2007-12-19
These two authors survey: REE abundances (upper crust and chondrite), the major REE-bearing minerals, REE production by nations in different years, major REE-producing sites on Earth, geology of major REE deposits, HREE concentrations (including La/Gd comparisons of major REE-bearing deposits), etc. Then they cover REE-prospecting methods, REE-mining procedures, REE extraction and processing (including helpful flow charts), economic factors (REE prices), REE usage, and a forecast for REE demand in the future.
