The Big Bleep is sort of like a Pulp Fiction version of Columbo riding a Harley through the movies "The Maltese Falcon", "Alice In Wonderland" and "The Wizard of Oz", with a bunch of comic book super heroes who are bouncing back and forth between an X-Rated - Harry Potter - Universal Studios - Botanical Garden - Theme Park and a convoluted Las Vegas strip mall in a 5th Dimensional time warp.
It's totally fun, fresh and uplifting story telling! I've never read anything like it in this universe. The ending will blow your mind!

Colorado Hunting Guide

This is a great book if you are going to Colorado and need to know where to hunt big game. It profiles spots the authors scouted themselves for elk, mule deer, antelope and whitetails. It includes 3D topo maps, directions, local hunting history and stories, and hunting advice. There are over 500 public land (free hunting) spots in the book, and it lists specific drainages, meadows and ridges to hunt. I was successful in my elk hunt going to their spots, and so were my friends. I actually called one of the authors, Guy Collier, at 303-280-9615 and he gave me more information.

I really liked this book! It gives kids a great view at Disney World, and will help you plan your trip a lot! There are a lot of places in this book that will let you plan out your trip, and a section for autographs, which I couldn't find in other books. I would read it!! :-

I know the author he is a good friend of mine. I have not had contact with you in years. I am reading his autographed book for the third time and it is awesome. Anyone that is a believer in God should read this book. It will take them to a higher level of understanding as this is an aide to the bible. It also throughly explains how tricky satan...the demonic one can be in ones life and the safefguard against the demonic one. It brings to life a more visual picture of what really took place in the times of Adam & Eve in laymans terms.

A great female super hero action novel - I can't wait to see the movie!

A page turning female super hero action novel that lives somewhere between a comic book and pulp fiction, although better written than most comics or pulps.
It's a terrific story that is carried along nicely by a world class word-smith who doesn't care much about the rules.
What a great movie this book would make. Can't wait to see that one.
I knew Len Barry wrote his own songs such as "1-2-3" or "Like A Baby" back in the sixties, but a novel like this one? Who knew?
What a talent this guy is.

finalist undergraduate assesement

This book is one that I not only gained a lot of information from for my latest college essay, but it was also compleatly different to other documents on the subjectt of immigration. The general argument seems to be that there was, over time, many great changes in immigration policy that essentially, didn't seem to work. The control on employment during the inter war years and pre ww1. were, it would seem, designed to create a prolaterianised immigrant population that was there ready for war time, to become soldiers and sailors and also factory workers in central Britain. However, once again, at the end of the second ww, there was dissent amongst the caucasian population and restrictions on entry as well as employment stared to be formulated again. The control on entry did'nt seem to work and Britain continued to top up its population with immigrant workers. I found this book a breath of fresh air as most of the books that we are asked to read at undergraduate level, are generally of the liberal left perspective. This book is more to the center right. It sheds a completly different light on the subject of British socio economic history.

One of the cleverst traditional mysteries I've read.
Helpful Votes: 16 out of 16 total.

Buried in Quilts is one of those wonderful new breed of mysteries that allows you to see inside another world, in this case a small town in Indiana, and inside other people, too. It's not just about a murder, or quilts, the town or the people; the book is a wonderful quilt itself, weaving all the separate pieces into a marvelous whole. I think what I liked best is that the clues to the murder were right there for everyone to see. I don't know a thing about quilting and when the book reached its conclusion I found myself saying, "I should have figured that out!" There was a twist that caught me fair and square. I recommend this book very highly!

My husband and I have loved Cape Cod for years and finally moved there 4 years ago. I purchased this book for him as a Christmas gift and can't wait to give it to him. It is very well done and has a lot of great detail. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn more about Cape Cod.
