Excellent explanation of how and why we should integrate meditation into our life. Well presented. not too technical for the average mind, yet thoroughly covers the many different aspects that such a lifestyle change touches upon. It answered all my questions. It also clarifies any indifference as to which meditation practice one should pursue. The long term benefits of Sahaja Yoga and the simplicity of the practice make it as ideal a practice as brushing your teeth. Easy to read and understand and easy to put into practice. Good for the novice and the practiced. The book emphasizes that it's purpose is nul and void if the reader does not follow through with the practice. It includes worldwide websites for the reader to follow through and seek out a local sahaja yoga collective in which to participate in collective meditations. If the established meditation practitioner can be humble, and open minded enough to read this book, they may see what has been lacking in other types of meditation.

Geoffrey Powell describes his experiences during the British fight at Arnhem. He packs emotion into every sentence. Powell, as a company commander, readily admits mistakes he made in battle and the pain he experienced as a result of those mistakes shows in his words. His detailed desciptions of moments on the battlefield resonate with the reader long after the book is finished. The suffering and sacrifice endured by the British Paratroopers comes to life in this book. If you liked any of the American Airborne books by Donald Burgett or Ross Carter, you will love this book.

This book by John "Boog" Powell of the Baltimore Orioles (when the Orioles were good) is a must have in every cook's library. Boog's unique style is unlike anyone else - although he does share a tastes that are similar to those big time chef's Emeril Legasse and Bobby Flay. - That is, a spicy southern flare with a love for seafood and barbecue.

This book covers everything from poultry to seafood and Boog does a great job of providing many different creative 'concoctions' to tantilize your tastebuds.

As a person who loves food and knows a good cookbook when I see it, I highly recommend adding this to your collection.

It has a great index, nicely laid-out table of contents, and the authors did a great job demonstrating how to start from scratch and build a scalable BizTalk Server messaging bus environment.

Students of Medieval English devotional literature are bound to need this text at some point or other. The book is not translated, so those with no knowledge of Middle English should be forewarned -- however, it is no harder to read in the original than Chaucer, and the book includes a glossary at the end to help readers out. This "reading text" does not include the lengthy introduction that the longer hardcover text does.
