The questions do not correlate with review books put out by several well-known course reviewers. Too much info on each card - and no references. Flash cards should be quick to answer and read - one fact - not 10 in very small type.
Content of cards does not include disease management based on national guidelines and organized by system. Mostly Patho, Pharm, Immunology, and Pediatrics. Too much to pay for this product. I will not use them to study for the exam.

Several misspellings and outdated information. More useful for medical school than practicing physician review. Test questions were usually too easy.

There are no "secrets." The flash cards are generic and not geared to the ACSM exam. They could be used for any certification exam. The subjects covered are basic. This was a complete waste of time and money.

This book is a guide to taking tests in general - it contains strategies for guessing in multiple choice, pacing yourself, how to review, how to avoid test anxiety... but it is not, repeat: NOT!, A REVIEW FOR THE Foreign Service test at all. It does contain a very general list of topics you should look over for the test, but the list is nowhere as good as the suggested subjects and books that are available on the Foreign Service website. In fact, I have not found a book to buy that was any help at all - the best thing you can do is to look at AP study guides for US Government and US History, etc. In all fairness, I must say the company that produced this book was very fair when I e-mailed them to complain. They allowed me to send it back and I was given a full refund.

What test guide??? There are NO questions... blathering on about two types of questions when this test is ONLY multiple choice. Discussion about your grade/percentiles when this test is PASS/FAIL. Telling you in one section to study right up until the hour of the test and in another not to. Mentioned IQ--who cares?? Waste of money other than a vocab list which you could get elsewhere!!!

This book is quite simply a waste of time and a rip-off. Juvenile, silly and irrelevant.

This package came in sheets of card stock paper flashcards that I had to take apart. There were a lot of blanks and tons and tons of repeats. Almost all of the cards have misspellings, improper grammer and missing or wrong words. These flash cards were almost like reading a book chopped up into 500 sections that constantly repeats itself. I was totally diapointed with the quality of this product. I expected a $40 product to be worth while. This was not.

This book is NOT worth the $44 (includes shipping) that I paid for it. This book has 77 pages and only 30 of the pages actually deal with the test. There is not much meat to the book in helping you prepare for this test. There are NO pre-tests. This book is not worth $10. DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!

Do not waste your money on this "study guide." IT FAILS TO MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT CELLULAR RESPIRATION. The book is full of grammatical errors. The MAJORITY of the book discusses test taking strategies, and study methods. Do not waste your money.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this book (or more accurately books...it comes with 5). I looked around online and wasn't able to find any detailed information or reviews on this. Should have taken that as a sign to not go ahead with the order. This book looks like something I could have thrown together myself. It's basically a bunch of information listed in no real organized manner. It's not real descriptive, especially with the math problems. I've already found errors in spelling and grammar. Not a good thing for a study guide to have! It may have some interesting information inside but it isn't helping me and isn't worth the price I paid.
