If you're looking for a book that teaches the concepts of drug math in a no nonsense way, then buy this book! It's got lots of great information, tons of practice problems and some helpful hints for remembering conversion factors. I purchased two other books before getting this one and this was the book that really helped me.

This book makes med calculations very easy to understand. Before I worked through Nursing Math Simplified I really was discouraged. The author actually took my call and helped me through some med problems. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking for nursing math help.

Clearly anything that helps us better understand the bigger picture and to step outside our silo perspectives of the issues gets us further along the path to making better decisions that shape our future. Bill Roth in his book "On Empty - Out of Time" addresses this larger picture from an economist's point of view providing unique insights and facts. Mr. Roth's clarion point is that as long as individuals make buying choices based upon misleading pricing information that do not include such costs as "Boots on the Ground" or Global Warming, we will continue to beggar our future. Is this the legacy we would leave our children? I encourage you to read his book.

In this timely work, economist Bill Roth succinctly summarizes the science and the state of national affairs regarding our addiction to fossil fuels. He then goes on to spell out the stengths and weaknesses of all the alternatives before describing his proposed big solution. As he notes, the issue is less about the particulars of his proposal than getting a sense of the scale of what we would have to undertake as a nation to meet the scientifically-prescribed greenhouse gas reduction targets, and the effort required would be large indeed.

Bill pulls no punches and challenges conventional thinking of all stripes. While I personally am not as sanguine as Bill appears to be about our near-term ability to address the waste-disposal problems of nuclear fuel, I found his thinking about the problems that we face to be right on target. Indeed, I've been citing parts of it for the last week.

I might also note that given the author's sense of urgency in getting his message out, it was perhaps not surprising that I found a few places where an editor would have helped. However, that didn't detract from my overall sense that this work and its challenging message are just what we need at this time of peril and opportunity.

"On the Wings of a Dove" is a wonderful book. I love how Dr. Moore gets open and shares things to make the reader understand him as a person better. How he gives up the comforts of life to allow himself to be used greatly for the kingdom of God. Yet by doing so he gains so much by doing so.
This book is an encouragement to anyone who is in ministry or has a desire to answer the call of ministry. It reminds me how blessed I truly am. And that when you give of your self and serve others, how much more will God turn around and bless you because of your obedience and faithfulness.
I pray that you will be blessed as much as I was by reading this book & that you will let it sink into your heart. I pray that you will gain a greater heart for the hurting and the lost.

How often have you heard a story about someone whose love for a people of another culture so permeates his being that even when compelled to leave their country at the order of a Marxist dictator, he holds fast to his love for them despite years of separation? Rarely, if ever, I am sure. Yet this is exactly what this book portrays -- someone who has heard a call from God so clearly and so profoundly that together with his beloved wife and three children, he leaves his homeland for the distant shores of a poverty-stricken nation in West Africa, there to spend his life in loving labor for those to whom Jesus is a mere name, if they have heard of him at all. It is a story of sacrifice, but mysteriously that sacrifice brings not only back-breaking toil and heart-wrenching sorrow but also exhilarating joy and fulfillment beyond all imagining. On the Wings of a Dove is a reminder that human beings are made not for self-aggrandizement but for self-giving, which alone can bring true fulfillment.

I've read Joel Rosenberg, Lahaye/Jenkins and Ludlum. Dr. Moore can hang with the best. Action and suspense take place in locations we know and love. A fun way to get a grip on what's really happening today in Israel and the Middle East. Can't wait for the sequel, Dr. Moore.

What an Awesome Book to read. You wont want to put it down. It really gives you a inside look at what goes on over there in the Middle East. This is a definate must read for anyone who wants to know the truth! Great Job Dr. Ernie Moore!!!

Ever since I was a little girl, my Nanny (grandmother) has told me stories about a fortune teller that her grandmother knew. Everyone in the town was kind of afraid of Miss Lancaster..but they all respected her. I never really knew if the stories about her were true or not, seeing as how my Nanny is an excellent story teller. Then, out of nowhere comes this book! It's a wonderful and captivating story. Perhaps I am partial, being that I have lived in Georgia my whole life and always heard stories about Miss Lancaster from someone who knew her, but I'm pretty sure that even if I had no idea about this increadible woman, I would have still enjoyed this book.

This book is a page-turner, and very well written! I enjoyed the true historical account of an eccentric fortune teller in the Old South! Good job, Mrs Moore and Mrs Smith!

Its fantastic to finally have a source book for the "forgotten" characters... the social outcasts and eyesores. These characters are the most challanging to play and this author brings new depth to role playing a pirah. James Moore's constant tongue in cheek humor keeps the book interesting and enjoyable. The new information available makes creating a "socially unacceptable" character much easier and offers many new avenues to choose from

One another great hing about this book is that you can mix up a little the enviroment the players are used to play. Getting Vampire and Werewolf players to play togueter was a great idea, except for the fact that the vampire players were complaining that the "Lupines" were kicking their asses, but it was fun anyway. It's a great book.

This book is simply the greatest thing ever printed! It has every answer you couldn't even think of and it has so many uses that I still haven't tried them all!

The most obvious use of this book, you would think, is to read it. Sadly, you cannot read it like any book, it is a choose your adventure book, so you cannot simply flip to page one, then two, then three, then four and so on. Anyway, you can still play it that way. The intrigue is quite interesting, but not well defined. The ending is interesting also, but quite rough though.

So, what do you do with the book when you've finished it? You can do almost anything you want! You can use it as a notebook, but be wary that the pages already have things written on them. You can also keep it handy as a coaster, but it is quite large for a glass. One other use I found was a silly hat, it was quite nice, but didn't keep me warm as I thought it would. You can also try to eat it, but I haven't as I have still other books to try before this one.

All in all, this is a great book, a great buy for the price. After reading this book, you won't have any question left to ask to The Creator when you're going to kick the bucket.

It would take many thousands of words to describe Pong eloquently, so I shall assume you, dear reader, already have a knowledge of the game and the art surrounding it.

Buy this book. It amazed me as much as the Etch-A-Sketch did. You mean I can now play Pong, any time I like, anywhere I like, for free, with no batteries? This is the future of gaming.

I just happened across this textbook in my gold box and was happy to see my former teacher's book on sale.

This is has the sources for all the elements one would need to understand to develop a successful patent litigation.

If you are a law student and plan on pursuing a career in patent law, I highly recommend this book. The material is presented in a very clear manner, and the selection of cases is excellent. Perhaps the best textbook that I've read while in law school.
