You've seen the thunderstorm; now read the Master's thesis. This work was so great, I married the author. Admittedly, I'm a little disappointed not to be the first Kankiewicz with a title on Amazon, but I'll still give Adam five stars.

What a delicious book this is! So hilarious, and at times quite touching. Reading it is like going away on a journey with a dear friend, only much better, because ones dear friends are rarely as adventurous or as bright! Dr. May is disarmingly honest and daring, and brings a charming, often surprising perspective to his experiences in Japan. Perhaps he could be invited to the deep south to teach philosophy next?

One of the Best!!

It is great,
and when I read it
I knew it was fate!

All Louisa's Books are
fantastic,
that I would want to got to
the atlantic!

She inspired me
and filled me with glee!

She gave me the courage
to write poems
at a very young age!

She is as great like
J.K Rowling
that they should go BOWLING!

They are both talented writers
their stories even spark up
like lighters!

She writes about a life
that can always makes you
wish that it was true!

She made a story that
can't be forgotten
easily,
so I bet she made heartily!

She gave life to 4 little
women and made them
part of our lives, that we go looking for
more of her hives!

She teaches values lesson
in a different way,
that everyone has got something to
say!

She showed us real talent
and even made her own patent!

She gave us the family that
we have always dreamed of
in our daily lives, and it seems
that she lived such a life!

She made us cry
and made us laugh
but she never told a lie,
her story is oh! so true
that if I didn't finish it
I would feel blue!

So I thank her for making such a story
that all I care about now are
hers and J.K Rowling's Books!!

Ina May Gaskin is the same author of Spiritual Midwifery and now writes a great book about breastfeeding. In this book, she provides tons of valuable information about the history of breastfeeding, the techniques, and solutions to common problems. I truly value this book because it helped me understand the bigger issues surrounding breastfeeding and understanding the best way to feed my child. I believe that the best part of the book is when Ina May shares the experience of losing one of her children. It touched me in the farthest depths of my soul. I value this woman's opinions and know that she is giving the advice that she has personally tested. I love this book and highly suggest to every woman even those who don't have children.

Bars of Iron is a romantic's dream
Helpful Votes: 1 out of 1 total.
Review Date: 2000-06-07
Bars of Iron is a spellbinding romance.Like most of Ms. Dell's books it is about people falling in love in upper-class England. The main theme of the book involves Piers Evesham and the woman he loves. Her name is Avery and she is the mother's help at vicourage not far from Piers' Estate. There are a lot of interesting characters in this book.Piers' cantankorous, woman hating grandfather is one of many of them. I must warn you however, there are a couple of parts with physical child abuse that I found hard to read. There are lot's of plot twists and turns, and like most of Ms. Dells work a happy ending.I loved this book and would recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed this book immensely! I started reading it when the chapters were being posted in an on-line forum, and was delighted when Ms Oskan decided to publish. I really enjoy the writing style, and the non-speciesist attutude the author takes in describing the characters and story. I will not start repeating the plot in this review. Read it and see what you think. As an avid fantasy/sci-fi reader, and a fan of young adult fiction, I feel that this book is a wonderful beginning to what i hope is representative of more to come.

This was an amazing thriller. It kept me reading until the end. I do not usualy like thrillers, but Miss Alcott makes it very interesting, mysterious with the slightest bit of romance. I would highly recomend it.
