Superb!Review Date: 1999-12-28
After being forced into hard labor, Bruce still patronizes his father and still seeks his revenge, though in a more silent way.
But with revenge comes a new understanding that revenge is bittersweet and doesn't always have the desired affect.
Linda ends her Trade Winds trilogy with dynamic gusto and flair. As good as all the other 2 books were, what with the first meeting, and then the recognization, I felt that the conclusion of the trilogy was the best!

Great book by DanReview Date: 2004-02-11
Since the late 1970's, I have studied Mr. Lee's "Way of the Intercepting fist." I have the 1st editions of all the "best" books on Bruce's work.
Dan published this in 1976, I have the original in my possession. It use to belong to Mario, whom was a great fighter that followed Bruces teachings from afar. Mario has passed on to better things, just as Bruce has. Get this book if you can.
My favorite quote: "Knowing is not enough, you must apply; willing is not enough, you must do." -Bruce Lee

Really hard to find better gospel than this bookReview Date: 2008-01-20
I hope that everyone that reads this book share holy experience.
Such a great spiritual guidance...Review Date: 2008-02-09
When we are facing the matter of life or death in spirit, we are only praying for fortunes and prosperity. This life is not real life but only the shadow of the Heaven, we are existing only by the grace of GOD. I really recommend this book to our fellow christians who want to be 'pure bride of our JESUS CHRIST'.
Especially, I was deeply moved by the poem of Pastor Hyunsook Lee, SIN AND GOD.
It's not a sin to sin
But failing to repent is.
It's not a sin to fail to do good deeds
But not know God is.
It's not a sin to be proud
But failing to receive God's grace is.
It's not a sin to fail to love
But failing to receive God's help is.
.....
Without prayer
all the shame comes out.
With much prayer
God's wisdom shines through.
Salvation is completed with Holy Spirit's guidance. Amen.
Such a simple words, but deep truth.
There is nothing greater than this book for the holy spritual guidance
as it is written by God's guidance and God's seceret's revelation.
Jesus is coming back!!Review Date: 2008-01-14
All believers have to prepare for the second coming as a pure bride. If you do not prepare like the five foolish brides, you will not be saved during the rapture. Churches in America lost the holiness in the Gospel. We have to remember many of the evangelists who led the awakenings of this nation. Like Jonathan Edwards, Charles G. Finney and Moody. They emphasized about the repentance, holiness and loving God, not to love the world.
I recommended this book to everybody who wants to love Jesus more or to prepare the second coming. It will make your spirit renew.

notorious rockin' lee dismounts with deadly guile, oncemore!Review Date: 1999-02-02
so anyway. any fan of lee, leah, or SONIC YOUTH will enjoy this book gluttonously. lee's writing style is jacked up, true, but usually in the best way. the very pages come to life and strangle and intimidate the reader with ruthless efficiency, rendering them stunned and confused and feeling momentarily adrift in their surroundings. a truly thrilling congregation of words and pictures.
a minor drawback would be the book's tendency to cause temporary consentration disruptions, and temporary short-term memory loss. that, and it's super harsh.
in closing i highly recommend this literature. it, frankly, is perfect.

"...A great story...told with conviction, realism and humor."Review Date: 2006-12-01
"Mark Harris is a successful businessman who is in the process of overcoming a broken heart, after his breakup with Tony, who was repeatedly unfaithful during their relationship."
"Mark becomes a workaholic to avoid dealing with his family and love relationship issues. Eventually, he meets Jared Muse, a real estate executive who offers the kind of relationship that Mark has always dreamed of."
"Just when Mark's life begins to fall into place, his ex-boyfriend Tony reenters his life. Mark's insecurities cause him to become involved once again with Tony. This jeopardizes his life with Jared. After a while of dating both guys, Mark decides that he wants to be with Jared and ends his relationship with Tony. Unfortunately, this is where Mark's nightmare begins."
"Lies, secrets, and violence are depicted in this gripping novel. This is a story that readers will be able to relate to."
Phenomenal Book!!!Review Date: 2006-10-13
This is a book about loving and being loved. It is life at its best and at its worst. Mr. Lee was able to capture not only the heart and soul of his characters, but allowed the reader through his phenomenal writing skills to get to know, love or hate his characters as if they were real. They are everyday people that any reader can relate to. I mean, who doesn't have at least one CHER in their lives?
This is a great read for anyone whose loved, laughed, or just enjoys curling up with a good book. BUT, be prepared. I promise you...you won't be able to put it down.

A dead man on the hunt for his murderer - an enjoyable police procedural novelReview Date: 2005-10-29
This is a police procedural novel with a difference. While the Ghost-Detective isn't a totally new idea its more often seen in movies rather than novels. Killough has managed to put together a story of murder, arson and mistaken assumptions that reads at a good pace and is populated with interesting and likeable characters. The story is not padded out and ends on a note which makes it plain that this is a stand alone novel. Recommended if you like police procedural novels, and to top it off Meisha Merlin has produced another hardcover of good quality construction, which is always a nice thing to handle in a book.
A doozy of a mysteryReview Date: 2005-08-11
So begins Lee Killough's KILLER KARMA, a doozy of a mystery, about Detective Cole Dunavan who realizes he's a ghost far sooner than he remembers who he is. Having a curious and ordered mind, Dunavan begins to notice patterns in his random memories and their subsequent associations until he is able to piece together his own biography. But he remains unclear about why he's been pulled back to this world rather than simply dying.
Being a ghost comes with other challenges: how can you turn the page in a police report if you can't move anything with substance? How do you communicate with people? How can you ride an elevator to the right floor in a high rise building without the ability to push a button? Killough masterfully brings up and solves these problems in believable ways.
The mysteries of Dunavan's murder - and what happened to one of his new informants - form the core of the book. But even after Dunavan has solved these questions-he still has to figure out how to prove the answers, bring the criminals to justice and console those who have suffered the most.
Killough has created more than a paranormal police procedural here. This is a novel about love and redemption, about friendship and possibility. Any reader who enjoys a good mystery with strong psychological elements, compelling characters, and a fascinating storyline will relish this one. I highly recommend it.
spellbinding paranormal police proceduralReview Date: 2005-08-18
His informant Sara has disappeared and since his body has not been found the police think they ran off together. Cole wants his wife to know the truth about the meetings with Sara, not what the police think. Using his ghostly powers, he convinces his former partner Razor, once he gets over the shock of seeing Cole as a ghost, to help him find out why he was killed, who murdered him and how it relates to Flaxx Enterprises. Even when Cole discovers who the killer is, Razor has no way of obtaining a warrant because he can't explain how he came by the knowledge.
Lee Killough has written a totally enthralling and spellbinding paranormal police procedural. The protagonist is a ghost who bumbles and fumbles as he learns to use his ghostly powers once he discovers what they are. His instincts and experience help him find the perpetrators and he uses spirit tricks to rattle the various suspects into making mistakes. KILLER KARMA is an enjoyable and entertaining reading experience that is destined for this reviewer's keeper shelf.
