My father gave me this book years ago, but I guess it takes the right time for us to do anything. Finally I read it again, and I used it.Regardless of understanding how, I studied, applied the technique and got what I wanted.It works, and it's amazing how fast.

This book is very well written and covers all the bases of sensation and perception. It is not only factual but very interesting as well. I highly recommend this book.

A very straightforward approach to relationships. The book gives down-to earth advice that anyone can easily understand and implement. The format is like a workbook that gives you space to complete exercises on each step so that you can get the most out of the information for your personal situation. I particularly liked what they call "The Format" which is a communication technique for conflict resolution. A great manual to help you choose and develop your relationships.

I ran across this book quite by accident. Once I began reading it I could not put it down. Written in layman language, Siegel explores the lives and litigation of these people with heart and intellect rarely shown by journalist.

This collection of poetry has insight into the state of the world and minds of we as a people today. This is one of the best educational and entertaining poetry books I have read in a long time. I would recommend all get this book before people catch on to what a find this is. TRULY WONDERFUL
