This bible gives a fascinating look at the first time study notes as well as chapter and verse marks were used. A must have for serious Christians who wish to see and have the first bible published for the masses. Includes an introduction to the history of the Geneva Bible as well as the project to get it reprinted for "our time." It is beautifully and masterfully recreated in an easy to read format and text. Quality of the book is excellent.

This is one of the best histories written on the practitioners of Western Esoteric Occultism at the turn of the century. Richardson does and admirable job of introducing the Seymour/Hartley diaries and includes some never before published G.D. meditations.

This course, which is still freely available to members of Builders of the Adytum today (you can subscribe via their website), is one of the best courses in Qabalah that I know of. It was originally written by Paul Foster Case in the first part of the 20th century to form part of the correspondence curriculum of BOTA, where it falls in sequence after courses on the Qabalistic significance of Tarot and detailed works on the Tree of Life (other courses include esoteric astrology and spiritual alchemy). The Thirty-Two Paths of Wisdom is a series of profound meditations on the Paths of the Tree of Life, beginning with the ten Sephiroth and then progressing through the twenty-two interconnecting Paths, based on Qabalistic correspondences and the Yetziratic texts.

This course was never intended to be publicly available and contains information that cannot be found in any published work. Students will get most benefit from following this course as a member of BOTA with the support and linkage of the organization, which includes access to study groups. I most highly recommend this and other courses available through BOTA to any truly serious person seeking a greater understanding of practical methods of spiritual evolution within the modern world.

This book has excellent illustrations and easy-to-understand phonetics that enable you to understand phrases and words used in daily situations. Helps u learn by association. The annex has really useful words (months, days, numbers, body parts) etc. Really makes learning fun! Highly recommend for beginners that are studying French on their own, or who want to supplement their learning.

Ken Goldman is a talented artist and teacher who has a gift for explaining with clarity the ways to go about pastels. Examples of his work are included in this excellent book, with fine color fidelity. The practical advice he gives at the beginning is invaluable; and the instructive sections equally so.

I found this book on amazon, bought it on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! There are some beautiful images to copy such as a fruit still life, shoes, wine and cheese, flowers, etc... I think that people who are learning to paint with acrylic will find this to be an excellent learning tool.

A cache of pictorial treasures coupled with the authors great knowledge of film make this one of the great books on film. Hirsch does what not many intelligent film critics can. He has made a book that the average filmgoer, who is not concerned with complicated syntax, can love.

I certainly enjoyed having this book also. I was given the set of books by James Dickerson and Mardi Allen for Christmas. Both books are very accurate in the information shared. I have friends that are considering adoption and I will share these two sources of valuable information with them.

I am inlove with this state, and I love adventure as well, so why not... I'm 14 years old and I collect travel books, I travel a lot and want to see everything there possibly is to see out in the world. This book is not only a good guide, it's fun to read as well. I recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the wildest state in the country.
