This is a wonderful edition! It has a nice layout, informative introduction, and beautiful illustrations by Edmund Dulac. Its presentation of all five Fitzgerald editions makes it well worth the investment.

The description of this book makes a glaring mistake which is sadly, quite common. Omar Khayyam wrote in Persian. The original poems were written in Persian, therefore they are Persian poems.
By the way, the same goes for Rumi. Rumi wrote in Persian. Rumi's poems are, therefore, to state the obvious, Persian poems. Rumi is often referred to as a "Turkish poet born in Afghanistan." I take this to mean that he lived in the area which is now Turkey, and was born in the area now Afghanistan. But in that time long long ago, "Turkey" and "Afghanistan" did not exist as nation-states. This is all a very insidious way to avoid giving literary credit to a language, Persian, and a nation, Persia, today known as Iran.
Omar Khayyam is a popular poet, and Rumi is today the best selling poet in the U.S.---but no American knows that these favorite poets originally wrote in PERSIAN. They wrote in the language of the Persian people, today called Iranians. Perhaps this knowledge would make it more difficult to demonize or make war on the poetry-loving nation of Iran.

This is a gentle story about Ruby, a raccoon, who wants to bake a cake. The only problem is she doesn't know how! She asks her friends what to put into the cake, and the result is very interesting. The story is a lesson on kindness, good manners and friendship.

This adventure finds Frank and Joe investigating possible eco-terrorists living in a hippie-like commune in the California desert.
They infiltrate the group to investigate the charismatic group leader Arthur Stench (take off a half a star if you find that name ridiculous too!).
There's plenty of action taking place in this story, right up to the surprising conclusion!
I enjoyed this story and like the new Hardy Boys Undercover Brothers series so far. I just hope the stories will remain as good.

This book is very good to read. The book can be exciting for the person who likes the book. It will be the best book to be read at home or at school. If you care for it you can keep it away from a litte or baby brother because they might rip it. This book is very awsome book for people.

This story is about a dog that washes up on the beach. A kid named Kyle finds the dog and takes it home. He names her Treasure. Later on in the story, a man named Captain Bill tells Kyle Treasure belongs to him and her name is Otter. He tells Kyle the story about how he lost her at sea. Captain Bill gives Otter to Kyle, but Kyle gives her back because Captain Bill is lonely. Captain Bill is happy, but he wants to share the dog with his new friend Kyle. He gets an idea that allows both of them to enjoy Otter. This is a great story. My favorite part is when Kyle saves the dog. I also like the illustrations in the story. They are cool. I would recommend "Sea Dog" to my friends. I am lending my book to my brother to read.
