Well I was fooled, I thought maybe this contained another,
different story. But it is just a re-packaging together,
of "Psion" and "Cat's Paw" (without the more recent
3rd novel "Dreamfall" in the same series).

Anyway, they are fantastic stories, so it would be a good deal
to get them both in this one volume, unless you already
own both of them separately! as I do...

EVERY mom in the world needs to read this book. I had so many "me too" moments while reading it. He captured and verbalized so many of my "motherhood" stresses and made me realize that I am not alone in this job! FABULOUS!

I bought this book for my aunt, who has to use a wheelchair due to a neurological disease. She used to be quite grouchy and somewhat a hermit, but she has taken this author's "answers" to heart, uses many of them, and has begun to socialize outside her four walls. She no longer complaints of pain or Irritable Bowel Syndrome or refers to herself as "just one of God's mistakes." This book is helpful to the handicapped, and a blessing to their relatives and those who care for them.

I had read Dr. Ornish's books about diet and health, and found them to be very helpful. Then, I read this one. This is by far the most important book that he has written, because how we handle our relationships with others is more important to our health than even what we eat and how we exercise. A little of this information was familiar to me from reading the New York Times Science section, but most of it was not. Clearly the biggest disease of our modern culture is our estrangement from each other. For most of history, we lived with others in small, intimate groups. Now that the population is much larger, we live in large groups with no close relationships. Even our families are losing that intimacy. This book puts the priorities back where they should be. Having close relationships with others comes first. This book is a blessing to us all. Thank you, Dr. Ornish! This book would be a great gift to everyone you care about on Valentine's Day.

I am enjoying the use of this Dictionary. Words that are not defined in the Criminal Justice book I am currently reading for my studies are easily found in this dictionary. Towards the back of the book there is a section devoted to U.S. Supreme Court Cases. These cases are in alphabetical order, and there is even a guide to assist those who are not familiar with the reading citations. This dictionary was a great buy for me. It is helping me in my Criminal Justice studies.
