This book is an excellent source for most aspects of Japan's foreign policy. It is an excellent place to start when researching the policy orientation of Japan. The sections are broken up into diplomatic style, economics, securiy, regional relations, and new trends. Unlike other books which deal with only a particular field, usually economics, Curtis makes sure to combine all aspects of Japan's foreign policy. However, in its quest to be all-encompasing it is is still hihg-quality and each section is written be specialists in that particular field. The author's of the individual articles are elequent and make cogent arguments with excellent data to back their assertions. Overall, this book is a must read for anyone curious about Japan's foreign policy or even an "expert" in the field.

Just like the man, this book is open, frank, honest, genuine, and a true inspiration to any and all who search for peace and a path to finding their true self. In a sincere attempt to help others by giving of himself and sharing of his story, Curtis D. Wall reveals his innermost secrets, sins, overwhelming struggles, and invaluable advice as to how he continues to battle and overcome them even today. A real page turner, I highly recommend this book to all who long to overcome addiction, abuse, anxiety, fear, pain, depression, and the many other demons that plague millions. Thank-you Curtis! The story of the Klondike Gold Rush is a natural for cartoon history. Mere words can scarcely convey its outsized and outlandish events and personalities. Props to author/illustrator Curtis Vos for this lighthearted but educational work!

Children will enjoy this book's outrageous stories and amusing drawings of Soapy Smith, Klondike Kate, and so many more! Adults will enjoy the majesty and irony of the larger story embedded within the many anecdotes. Teachers should offer this book to pupils who aren't finding history interesting.

I frist read this book in Everett WA in 1990. This collection of short essays is among one of my prize possesions of this author. Anyone who has not read anyhting at all from this author would do well to start here. Arm yourself with the enlightening influence of Garret Hardin. You don't have a right to read this book but you are free to choose to do so once you recognize the necessity.

This book contains much detail on the technical aspects of
real estate law. It describes rights, duties and obligations
of brokers. In addition, the authors cover different mortgage
amortization assumptions and secured transactions. The concept
of depreciation and tax-sheltered income is explained. The
whole area of title insurance is explained together with
illustrative cases and citations. The benefits and pitfalls of
condominum conversion/ownership are explained. Overall, the work will benefit anyone seeking to explore real estate as an
investment.

This ghost town is completly gone. This book will help you find it and some of its interesting history. It was one of the first electric coal mines.

Author of "Hobo Finds A Home" editor "Of A Predatory Heart"

This book presents work done over the past three decades of his life by one of the greatest of all English poets, William Wordsworth. The editors looked at over two- hundred and sixty manuscripts in deciding which version of the approximately two- hundred poems they wished to publish. They comment that it is usually the first versions of the poems which are the best, and that the constant revision of the poems ordinarily weakens them.
But the major point is that this is not the great, memorable poetry of Wordsworth that written in his early years. The freshness has gone, and with it much of the life of the poetry.
These poems are somehow more abstract, impersonal and programatic than the great poetry of the early years.
In a sense for the reader who is not first of all concerned with scholarly matters this volume is a sad one. For it is the record of a long slow decline more than anything else.

This book really gives you an insight into one of Architecture's greats. I bought it to get a general idea of Corb's work, not because it fascinated me, but, as an architecture graduate, because I thought I should. This book opened Corb's work to me.

It gives a chronological view of the man's life and work. It features great photos and drawings of his most important works, and some of his less well known ones too. The writing is done so well, giving an insight into Corb's theories and explaining how and why each project came about.

I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in architecture who wants to know a bit more about the history of 20th century design, and the impact that Le Corbusier had.
