These recipes are low fat and low calorie but extremely YUMMY! I happened to catch the author, Stacey Pardue, on TV in Monroe, Louisiana while there on business. She made a glorious looking low fat Mexican dish, so I rushed out an order for her book. The Low Fat Taco Soup Recipe on page 79 is only 125 calories per cup and 1 cup is completely filling for a complete meal. Even my husband likes her low fat recipes! After fixing the low fat taco soup for friends, they ordered this book too! Stacey has taken many of the Southern recipes that I remember my mamma making and make the low fat substitutions for me. I never knew low fat could taste so good!

I read this book purely for the sheer joy of it - it is as richly varied, and impeccably drafted as any work of literature could be.
It fills me with the remembered delight I had as a child when poring over books of fairy tales, science fiction, and fantasy. The added bonus is that this is a book to be USED by the enlightened educator, to keep alive in the classroom the impressive cultural heritage that only an active and lively exposure to the theatre can provide. I have seen this work in use in the classroom - and the resultant theatrical productions, performed by children, seemingly magically, has been a vastly satisfying experience - I would recommend this book to any educator, at-home schooler, or lover of reading. A delight.

Elizabeth Rauscher lays down a very clear, concise, and logical argument that goes the heart of modern electromagnetic field theory and its relationship to space-time, mass, and gravity. Her use of a 8-space (4-real,4-imag.) formalism makes the prediction that our space-time forms an intersection with a hyperspace (i.e.-our space does not have enough room to describe the forces of nature, as reflected in the modern research). The mathematical description of subluminal and superluminal signal propagation for the EM field (F_uv) in terms of its four-vector potential (A_u) is a mainstay throughout. I highly recommed this paper to any serious student of theoretical physics or professional. *warning to the layperson: you should be a physicist, grad student, or have a working knowledge of advanced math to get this document.

You are in for a treat when you purchase this text. Although it's only 32 pages in length, it is filled with marvelous truths about radiation from all matter, living and inert. Archdale guides you through these chapters:

I am a student, and I am currently using this book. This book continues on from the first volume in a successful way. It makes learning Neopolitan chords a little easier; it explains everything clearly, and allows the student to apply it in the right way. Good informative book.

That is the question the Psalmist asked. I've no idea and neither does this book, but it contains a world of recipes for which one of the following is true:
1.Men can cook them,
2.Men can eat them, or
3.Men wouldn't want to be connected with them in any way, shape or form.
In any case, the book is great! It is great for you or great for a gift to either a man or a woman!
