An excellent war story relating to the Falklands campaign from a member of the Elite British S.A.S who was there.

As you would expect the detail and historical accurancy is first class and the story telling rates alongside any other thriller.

The question with this fictional account is just how close is it to the truth?

We now know that a British special forces helicopter was found abandoned and burnt out in Chile, not far from the Argentine border. We also know that an SAS officer was relieved in the field for questioning a "plan" to capture an Argentinian mainland airfield which he belived meant certain suicide for his men.

So the question is.....was there an SAS boat troop ashore in Argentina at that time or is it just a good story?

I think any boater who wants to preview the Western Lake Erie area, including the islands, will find this book a real treasure. The narrative and annotated photos of harbors are excellent. This may not be the best source for finding a restaurant or tavern, but it's superb for providing familiarity with the approaches to harbors.

I finally found this cookbook used on Amazon.com Wonderful croation foods from Medjugorje many of which I remember myself from my two trips to Medjugorje. Highly recommed if you are a Medjugorje person and pilgrim. But good luck finding it.

I'm a yoga teacher who is starting to specialize in the elderly. Some of the books for balance and osteoporosis in particular are simply too advanced for the people who have the greatest need. All can benefit greatly from this book. But those who have had cancer, bone injuries or advanced osteoporosis often can't perform the exercises aimed at healthier and more fit people who are interested more in prevention.
This book has quite substantial sections offering a wide variety of exercises aimed at those with the most restricted movement as well as those ready for more challenging exercises. I was particularly pleased with those which could be performed from a chair.
This is a life-changing book. It strengthens muscle strength, improves balance and posture, so that they can be more mobile and lead more independent lives. They look better, feel better physically and emotionally. I'm convinced that these exercises can help prevent falls and serious injury, which can have such devastating consequences.
I can't recommend this book more.

I am a visual person and this book has been great. I have been able to start a program using this book at home and it has been great.
