As far as I know, this is the only adult biography of Bessie Coleman, the pioneer African-American aviatrix. Rich notes
that she was hampered by a lack of personal material, but has none the less produced a fascinating biography. Coleman, a
woman of modest background, overcame barriers of wealth, race and gender. A national celebrity, especially among Blacks,
she was even able to attract the attention of white Americans. Through her airshows and lectures, and against a great deal
of hostility, she was a tireless campaigner for equality for both sex and gender. Mae Jemison, the first African-American
female astronaut has written an afterword. For some reason, this is after the notes and bibliography, but before the index.
There are a variety of biographies of Coleman aimed at various ages of children. While reading this, I also read Bessie Coleman; first Black Woman Pilot by Connie Plantz. This is of course the most detailed and contains a considerable amount of historical and contextual information. Both this and Plantz's book are lavishly illustrated, happily with a number of different pictures, and I recommend both to anyone interested in visual information.
The book has copious notes, a lengthy bibliography and an index.

Cabin Fever by B.A. Tortuga

Walker is a young man for the first time far from home who is lost in the mountains at the beginning of the winter. He tries
to reach the pass but seems that he has lost his track. And then he meets Horace, a big man who lives alone in a cabin among
the mountain. Horace has no earth to leave alone the lad and brings him home with him.
A big snow arrives and another one and seems all to natural for Walker to remain with Horace: but Horace has some stranger ideas, he loves to touch and to kiss, and he loves to do that to men! And Walker, who is a total innocent, never has done that never with a woman, is enthralled but this man. And maybe when winter will pass, Horace will keep him in the cabin...
Walker is a poor lad, innocent of life and of sex. Maybe he is not gay, maybe if he had met a girl he could have married her, but he has met Horace and Horace is so gentle and insistent and the things they do together are so pleasant... so wickedly pleasant. Horace is a tought man: he has lived much, he has seen more, and now he only wants a quiet life in his mountain cabin. But if he can share that life with a willing lad like Walker, he sure will do everything to keep this man.
An interesting reading, very arousing, even if I hardly can believe that a man in the last year of the nineteen century could know and make the things that Horace makes to Walker. So you can amuse yourself with the defloration of Walker by the hand of Horace (literatelly) and see how he slowly falls on the wicked side of live.

Real-World Nuclear Deterrence: The Making of International Strategy follows the post-Cold War threat of nuclear weapons, surveying
the major powers which maintain about 27,000 nuclear weapons to date, and using new sources from international archives and
scholarship to consider the latest issues revolving around deterrence strategies. One might anticipate such a book would be
geared towards military specialists, but an attention to clear language and historical references lends to lay reader understanding.

I have been reading Rebirth since it first came out. The beginning is vague, but not too vague as to make you want to stop
reading, but just vague enough to draw you in. when you get to book seven in the series, you will be mesmerized by all the
characters and the plot. It is so intricate that you have to keep reading to understand it all. If you're into the supernatural,
then you should check this series out. There is some slightly offensive dialougue towards the Christian Religion, but you
just kind of learn to ignore it. Other than that, it is a great series.

this book, published in conjunction with the show at the hirshhorn museum, digs well into the current controversy of beauty
in art. it undertakes this risky proposition and manages to develop and produce an elegant catalogue of that which is beautiful
in contemporary art.

As a student of International Integration, I found this book very interesting and informative in describing the links and
the commonality between different global integration processes. For sure after reading the combined essays supporters of
integration will reconsider their views on the subject. Is integration a good process? Does it take away from a nations
national and political sovereignty? Excellent book I recommend it highly

Hello from Lee Coleman, MD. I wanted you to know that although my book "Reign of Error" is indeed out of print, I have some
remainder copies, so you can send potential buyers to me by email and I will ship. Please send me what I need to open an
account with you to do this. You are already handling "Has A Child Been Molested? by Pat Clancy and myself, so perhaps
we could use that account. Please advise. Thank you

Get ready to be blown away! Every few pages I had to call my friends and tell them the interesting nuggets of truth I gained.
I know what you think, it was written in 1976, but the way this man writes helps you to understand the basics to "The Secret"
in a clear and practical way. I've already bought 4 copies. Read it, you can thank me later. :)

These cards measure 1 3/4" by 3" and they fit nicely in the corner of my purse. If you are looking for a deck of tarot cards
to carry with you and use in limited space, these would be ideal. I am very pleased with the choice I made to buy these.
