This book presents an excellent survey of Berber crafts. That all of the drafts represented are done by women, is of special interest. The photos are beautiful, both of the women, and of their crafts. The text provides great insight into the history and meaning of the designs used. This book is a must for anyone interested in tribal arts and crafts.

This book challenges a number of accepted concepts inherent in the world of commercial dealings. Two of which, are argued particularly well in the book; the first is the current over emphasis of corporate governance the second is the absurdity of consolidated accounting.

For those interested in why the latest actions by the corporate regulators and legislators are unlikely to to bring an end to spectacular corporate collapses in the future the book is a must read.

This book has got to be the best account of an adventure of two boys who find a wreck of a Spanish treasure ship and spend days at a lighthouse snorkeling and removing artifacts. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in recovery of sunken cargo from long ago.

Insects of southern Africa is a wonderfully structured by two leading Entomologists in South Africa. This book has information of the diversity and ecology of insects and discusses each order in detail, with information on each family found in the subcontinent. Sketches are provided as well as a number of colour plates of the highest quality. The book is easy to read, while still remaining scientific in terminology and descriptions of the insects discussed. A wonderful, informative book and an invaluable addition to any Entomologists' collection, this should definitely go into your basket!

This book is extremely well written, has beautiful, full color illustrations and has so much information about this exhibit. I have encouraged my students to purchase it because it is so informative and has the historical information you could find no where else.
The paintings are reproduced in wonderful detail, and large enough so that you can actually learn from studying them.
I have gone to the exhibit twice and the book was such a great introduction, knowing all the backgrounds to this exhibit was invaluable.

This text, explore and discuss the geographic modeling and how it is used to improve planning by providing spatial information, and uses examples taken from real situations. The books offers a bief introduction about local decision and planning in organizations, it dicuss applications in retail planning, including a chapter that focuses on the automobile industry, health-care planning and analysis, urban and water-resource planning, and financial services. The book's uses range form regression techniques and choice models to spatial interaction models and market indicators, it may be useful to suplement a second or third level geography course to emphatize some real-word applications of geography theory. The bok is an extraordinary resourse and it is readable.

Eddie Lenihan is a national treasure, and seeing this beautiful edition of his collected Folk and Fairy Tales warms my heart. The innocent joy of adventures, of new things and the secrets of nature of magic postively thrum from the pages. The quality of production is second to none, the Illustrations are the most charming I've seen in years. If you're Irish or or Irish descent, then this is essential reading to reconnect with your heritage. It's real strenght is when read aloud, but the syntax is very Irish, so non-natives may benefit in a runthrough before storytime.
I cannot praise this book enough and would recommend it to anyone looking for Irish Fairy Tales or just for a different angle to the tales of mainland Europe- come with us down the enchanted way, you'll not be disappointed.
