I found this book to be an excellent resource in understanding the biblical perspective on a variety of popular psychology topics using the authority of Scripture to inform the reader. This book is a must-read for anyone wanting a practical and biblical approach to a number of important psychological topics.

This book is wonderfully written, and helped me to be able to understand an integration process for the scientific study of Psychology, while continuing to use the truth of God's Word. Before I read this, I was reluctant to even discuss many of the prinicples of Psychology--discounting them because I assumed that it was completely unrelated to the Bible. Carter and Narramore present the point that "All truth is God's truth". Since many of the psychological theories have been proven true about the ways in which the mind works, they can be taken into consideration like any other scientific principle. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is seeking to understand more about the ways in which these two areas of study do not need to be separated anymore.

It's really two books. The first part consists of excellent instructions on how to use the Internet. The second part consists of an excellent listing of on-line resources which would be of assistance to anyone in the criminal justice field, including students.Robert E. Interpreting The Will Of God: Principles For Unlocking The Mystery by Mack King Carter (Senior Pastor, New Mount Olive Baptist Church, Fort Lauderdale, Florida) is a powerfully presented, spiritually insightful study of the nature and characteristics of God. Interpreting the Will of God is a most profound and passionate account. Interpreting The Will Of God is recommended as a moving testament offering guidance to Christians seeking to embrace God in their lives.

This text is my favorite applied multivariate text. I like Gnandesikan for the graphics and the outlier methods using influence functions but Srivastava and Carter have written the most clear introductory text on this subject. Classification and clustering are the multivariate methods that I use the most and the authors cover those topics brilliantly.

This ranks with Tolkien's "Lord of the Rings" as one of the best fantasies ever written, I think. As that was, this too is a great work of fiction. It is an actual retelling the diverse legends of the Mabinogion (Welsh myth) in novel form. Walton, like all great writers, deals with the larger issues of Good, Evil, Love, all the while unraveling one terrific yarn . Written in 1936, she was still alive in Tucson in 1993. About druids and their magical powers, this is a monumental tragedy in the vein of Hamlet, Lear, Macbeth. Elegantly written, rich with the power of Welsh myth, an absolutely spellbinding story - of love, ambition, betrayal. Formerly titled "The Virgin and the Swine"; current title refers to England. I was so sorry to have finished it, and must reread it someday. If you like Tolkien, don't miss this one!

I'm planning an Itanium-based CRM solution for my company. This book helped me get it approved with management, and helped us reject a more expensive Sun-based sytem.
It's great to give to your managers to explain the new technology.

Insufficient Evidence is the best book I've read all year! I didn't want to put it down, and now that I've finished it, I'm dying for the next book in the series. Swart does a terrific job of weaving you into the tapestry of Corso's complex world, and he does it with slick dialogue, real-world characters and a great deal of atmosphere. And once you're in that world, you don't want to leave. Insufficient Evidence is a cleverly-written, classical PI novel with a modern twist. A resounding thumb's up!
