I have read The Italian, Spanish & now working on the French with myself & children ages 12yr and 4yr. I find these books so wonderful and when we finish the book we all could speak many words of the Language & understood what we were saying. The CD is VERY easy to follow along with also. I can't wait to continue on learning the other Languages with my children that this Author offers, I took a chance & ordered & now I can't STOP! The Fairy tales keep my kids very interested & makes it fun learning. My daycare borrowed my books & absolutly loves them & I routed them to Amazon because there are many more in Different Languages..They only wanted the Fairy tale because the kids excitedly followed along and were all experimenting the new Language learned with eachother. I HIGHLY SUGGEST..These are not just for children they are for us adults too! I promise you if you try you will be addicted also, there are three levels per Language! VERY NEAT!!

Although I wish that this package was in DVD form, it is still a great instructional package from one of the best Irish fiddle players today. Kevin burke explains how to play every tune in detail and takes you from playing each tune slowly then up to full speed. A must buy if you want to become a better Irish fiddle player.

I loved this book as a child. Most libraries do not have this book and so most modern children are not familiar with it. Fabulous book with wonderful drawings for children.

The book was very inspirational to not only those who have or about to go through heart surgery but to all with health conditions or to leaders and managers who want to mentor perseverance. The book is written about a man struggling to beat the odds and does so with a positive attitude.

What a gift that David has given all of us that have gone through heart surgery. My father had open heart and this book would have been nice to have at the time. He has always told me that he wished that there was a book that he could have read before or after. Being able to read about the kinds of things to expect and how family and friends can help is a great tool. Life is never over and Mr. Burke is living proof that you can do anything no matter what genetics you have been given. Very informative and what an inspiring story. Worth the read.

It's magical to children because they like to see relationships in things that adults don't see, because adults are too reasonable and logical. Children understand serendipity and take it for what it is. Adults just try to figure it out. (I realize this is a generalization.) I like the book because it's about something cool that kids did.

I loved A Little White Lie because it identified with the little people. Whether it's catching the bus, sibling rivalry to weight conscious issues, these are every day things normal people struggle with and I totally identified with the story. It was like drinking a cold beer on a hot day, it does not satiate you, but leaves you wanting more. I still wanted more but alas, it came to an end.

A wonderful book for kids especially on rainy days or during those summer months when we all too often hear "I'm Bored, there's nothing to do"! Check this one out!

I rated this book a big 5 because it helped me accomplish what I dreamed of doing... Escaping from the ratrace and moving to the beautiful Texas hill country.

I purchased the book twelve years ago and read it constantly.. It helped keep my dream alive when the preparation time seemed to take forever... Indeed, it took about five years to get the money together and go.

A fun book to help you get out of the dreaming mode and actually GET MOVING!!!

The book goes into detail on the planning stage AND how to take care of business while you're out on your sailboat, moterhome or whatever... There's even a chapter on traveling with children.
