Midnight, not a... never mind! I read this book quite a few years ago, but I read it about fifteen times. I really enjoyed how simple it is. I know I am being childish, but if you compare this book to the Bram Stoker novel, you will see that you don't get any 'big' words in this copy. This copy is of course very short, but expressive! The story is in this book with all of the details (the grisly ones too)! Also, about the book: The big writting makes it easy to read, and the art is amazing. I even asked my grandmother is she could draw the old Count in the second color picture! The images that marked me the most, was Vampire Lucy. It looks so real! Except for the fact that she is a vampire... Anyway, I love it mucho! A must read for those who don't understand Bram and his complications! Check out the other books in this collection too!

Great teaching tool for beginning architecture students at the high school level. A little out of date but most information is relevant and the students like the way that it's written. Very good guide for CAD class-drawings don't have to be on the board, but sketching is included for obviuos reasons.

Just excellent book for all of us, friends of dragonflies. Lots of very good specified information and nice photos. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Oscar Brooks' book on the drama of baptism in the New Testament Church offers a middle of the road approach to baptism. On the one hand, Brooks teaches that baptism does not save us but we are saved by faith in Christ (John 5:24) however he also shows that baptism is cloesly linked to New Testament coversions (Acts 2:38,41; 16:14-15, 30-34).

Brooks first takes the reader through the Jewish teaching on baptism (John 4:1-2) and then he takes us through the baptism teachings of John the Baptist and Jesus. Finally he takes from Jesus' Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) to the way the disciples in Acts implimented Jesus' words. Acts clearly reveals that the Apostles preached baptism as part of the drama of decision. To simply "believe" was not enough but true faith would obey Jesus (John 3:36; James 2:14-26).

DRAMA OF DECISION was a solid work for my own studies early on on baptism. While I still differ with Brooks overall conclusion (that faith alone saves apart from baptism mainly since I see faith involved in the drama of decision) it was a breath of fresh air since Brooks (like Beasley-Murray) goes against evangelical traditions of so-called "believer's baptism" and reveals that water baptism is much more (Romans 6:1-4; 1 Peter 3:21-22).

I feel this book, DREAM FACTORY DEFERRED, fills a void in scholarship focusing on visual representations of African-American women. Furthermore, it links contemporary women who buck trends with those who established them from the dawn of sound on film. This book is an easy and fun but thought-provoking read for those looking for alternative scholarship about black female representation.

Again tunis proves he is one of the greatest writers for boys. This book was phenomenal. Tunis wrote very well. I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK because it was very well written. Anyone who loves books will love this.

It can be kindly said that this book is blasphemous! BUT only as a harmless opinion of original creation - not just of the universe, but of God, Himself. It's a point of view based on the author's dissatisfaction with what may be regarded as the traditional story of creation.

Little time is spent on that revelation, however. After all, what else can you say after asserting that God was the first accident of evolution?

The book tells the story of a high ranking compound (He/She)spiritual being who volunteers to play a game of survival on a pleasant little planet out there somewhere. Not Earth, however! (That comes later.)

HE becomes separated from SHE and they spend a few thousand years traveling the universe in search of each other.

We learn about their adventures as they experience different lives in different places.

The thread of interest is in the semi-awareness of spiritual power burning inside the main character as he lives out his final adventure on planet Earth.

Finally, he reunites with his other half in the spiritual realm. It's a long, drawn out story, BUT it's worth the read if only to have your personal suspicions tweaked regarding your own spirit nature and your own frustrating search for your elusive soul-mate.

There are so many recipes that are really good! And such a wide variety of stars. A must for any cookbook collector.

The information in this book is far more worth the dollar value. Mr. Douglas is a talented writer and extremely wise man. The book's focus is on correct lifting technique, with a few pages discussing program design. It is similiar to Muscle Mechanics by Everett Aaberg, but describes more excercises. It also debunks many resistance training myths and explores the use of high-risk exercises and their appropriateness. The "10-step any exercise drill" will help you choose the right exercises.I highly recommend this book to anyone who resistance trains, and wants to do it effectively, safely, and for many years to come. Check out his other books if you want expert advice on training.
