This story is merely good, unlike Patricia Maxwell's other book, Bride of a Stranger, which was excellent. The author most definitely has writing about the sultry, spooky bayou down pat. The romance in this story was a little strained, but did work out in the end. Over all, a good read.

Well I just have to say that I liked this book, no matter how corny it is (husband and wife falling in love a good few years after marriage) No, it's not good literature, but it passes some hours.

I was looking for an inexpensive picture-book for my two year old and this one definitely passed muster.

This book gave us all I needed to get through Delphi 2 programming! Simple, easy to understand techniques taught by a great writer.

I found it fun and interesting to read what really goes on in a complex case as opposed to what we see on TV or the movies. There is a lot of details that as you read you tend to get more and more involved. At first I thought it might be dry, but as I read it and how the authors interjected comments to put into perspective the testimony I got more and more involved. It was done well.

I am a technical writer for educational products. I chose this book to be included with our digital photography module for middle and high school students. I think it is a great book for those who are beginning to learn and explore the basics of digital photography. It is very readable and the color pictures used in the book are very expressive and help explain the concept discussed. Students should have no problem with grasping the beginning concepts of digital photography as explained in this book. It worked well for me to use to coincide with Adobe Photoshop 5.5. The book covers a variety of functions you can do in Photoshop-color controls, straightening a picture, duplicating, montaging, and so on. I highly recommend this book for beginners and students.

After meeting Greg at a party, he invited me to read his book. While it has faults (way too much use of "!" and it can be very uneven), it's a highly amusing romp of a cassanova desperately yearning to become a nice, faithful man. You are never sure whether to root for or against him. After meeting his fiancee, I can honestly say mission accomplished. A great page turner. Lots of fun. So stop reading this and order it!

An excellent book and a must-read for the spouses of those who are in either full- or part-time ministry. Things you never considered before that your spouse might be going through. Insights to pray in a very focused way for your spouse in ministry, and perils to watch out for yourself in your ministry.
Thank you Karen Blake for putting it all together. Having seen Karen and her husband in action in ministry, I can attest that she writes with a sincere heart. Karen and her husband are shining lights in what can be a very dark world of inner city ministries.

My daughter read this one. it is part 5 of The Kelly Blake Teen model series, but you can read it seperatly.
My daughter wants to read the other books now also.
