This book is fantastic and is part of a 3 volume series. Ideal for the undergraduate and graduate student in engineering, physics, chemistry, and math. Concise and easy to read.

I love Dr. T. Berry Brazelton! He puts things in such basic terms that you almost want to slap your head and say "why didn't I think of that?". It is a must for anyone with children, even the "veteran" moms and dads. I also VERY HIGHLY recommend "Touchpoints" by Dr. Brazelton. It is my bible.

Martha Berry founded Berry College...but the story actually begins with a log cabin in the woods where she taught poor mountain children math and reading. Miss Berry's story is absolutely wonderful, and this book is filled with stories and details that bring the story to life. I admit I am a Berry College grad, but I honestly think this story will be captivating for those who enjoy reading about real people with big dreams...dreams that changed lives. History buffs may also find the stories of Henry Ford's support of the schools surprising and interesting.

It is a great book with wonderful pictures. It teaches about honesty, friendship and forgiveness. My children love to listen to it over and over again. I will not hesitate to recommend this book to anyone.

I really enjoy the section on non food gifts like bath salts and such. Its really great to do something different than just cookies in a jar.

Looking for something different to make on your scroll saw? Then this is your book. Take a flat piece of 3/4" hardwood, using a bevel cut and these patterns, you create a fold out basket. Quite unique designs.

This book contains 8 pages of instuctions. The basic techique for creating a basket is the same for all basket designs, just different bevel angles and shapes. Also included are some helpful hints on making mirrors, picture frames, clocks and weather stations, all with the same design. There is also a section on how to customize the basket project with dates/names for anniversaries or birthdays.

The 8 pages of color photos shows examples of different project techniques and is a great aid in what a final project looks like. A great book for unique designs and projects.

This is a favorite in our house! My daughter's preschool had this book. I finally remembered to buy it for her a year after she read it to me at her preschool. I love to feed the milk dish to the bunny, the chocolate cookie to the cat and the worm to the baby, etc. since it makes my daughter scream "NO!" and correct me! I especially like this book since the food is on color coded ribbons to assure proper food giving... in case that's what you want to do... and the ribbons also keep the food from getting lost. It's a board book, too, which is always nice for youngsters...

Man, I really loved reading this. Before, I was running around trying to keep up with business cards and scribbling notes on napkins and on my hand...I'm sure I looked like a total f'ing loser. To top that, I'd lose the cards or the napkin I wrote on and wouldn't be able to call people back and I KNOW I lost some major jigs because of it. Now people are really impressed when they tell me their name and give me their number and I say, "Oh, just tell me the number, I'll remember..." Then I'll call them back the next day...cha-ching! This f'ing rocks dude..
