This book is a report of the therpay of the parents of an autistic child. The real value of the book lies in the therapist's work. Her name is Leida Berg. I was in therapy with her in the 1970s. She was the most unforgettable eprosn I ever met. This book shows a little of her at work. You can sometimes feel her fierce independence and honesty, her stripping away of conventional realities. She was an existential analyst originally from Estonia who developed her own way of doing therapy. It is to get a glimpse, a taste, a smell of her that I recommend this book.

This was a good guide for conducting Ethical Business and Balancing life. It is a real wealth builder. The Audio book is much needed in today's business climate! I highly recommend it. I am a Kabala fan. It is the only "new age" which is really old age religion that makes sense to me.

Kate Remembered is the life story of Katherine Hepburn, one of the huge stars of the Silver Screen. It includes the stories of the loves of her life including Howard Hugh. Very interesting book.

I bought this book because it's made of Bamboo and it's eco-friendly! The book is washable and my baby seem to enjoy it. She just started to grab things by herself and puts everything in her mouth...and she can do that with this book. I just wish that there were more pages.

In spite of this book dating back to 1992 there is a lot of good info about diving on Long Island's North Shore; The Long Island Sound and the bays, inlets and beachs on the South Shore's Atlantic Ocean side. If the shipwrecks are the training grounds for some of the world's best divers, the Long Island shore sites are where most of those divers started their local diving. Great book!

This small story of relationship and transformation is based on the melancholy poem of Matthew Arnold entitled "The forsaken mermaid," which is included at the end of the book. This nice light story of adventure for girls and boys also includes some pen and ink drawings of the storyline.

I read this book for a research paper on the Industrial Revolution. It is clearly written and does not try to intimidate readers with overly complicated prose that distract from the main arguments. It is repetitive at times, but overall moves along nicely. For anyone wishing to explore the role of consumerism and consumption in shaping the Industrial Revolution and British society, I would urge you to read this book. It certainly made me reconsider the function of shopping.
