This is a great collection of tattoo flash from some of the best tattoo artists in the world. The publishers took great care to put together a stunning collection of vibrant, stark images. A beautiful, oversized hardcover book that would be a great addition for any tattoo shop.

"Teaching Genealogy to Young People" is a guide to teaching our youngest to record a more exact and precise history as they live it, and to get interested in their heritage to trace it back as far as they can so they know where they came from. A brief overview preceding lesson guides for both novice and mildly practiced young genealogists start this informing book. "Teaching Genealogy to Young People" is enhanced with blank materials and forms to help young genealogists get started by tracing back their own family history.

As a reading specialist, this book has been invaluable to my instruction with reluctant readers. I am so appreciative to Mr. Barton for his insightful, organized approach to teaching reading comprehension with quality children's literature. I began by using his "model lessons", but went on to create my own personalized lessons using the basic concepts that this book taught me. I loved this book! I share it with my teachers all the time.

This Thompson Student Bible gets it right. The original Thompson Chain reference was a great bible study tool, with many helps, charts, topical studies and archaeological facts. The problem with the former editions, was the editor's insistence of making the reference material available as appendices, and not in context with the text. One might read about the city of Jericho in the book of Exodus, and then see that somewhere on that page where it is mentioned there was a note indicating an archaeological reference was available. But one had to use the "chain" number and then move to the back of the Bible to find the note in the appendices. Now, in this Thompson Student Bible most of the reference material is contextual -- you will find the reference material on the page where the text addresses it first. Students and first time readers of the Bible will read it and benefit from this organization. There won't be that daunting task of figuring out the organization, or the intimidation factor of having to look up all the reference material in the back. Buy this Bible and give it to your teenager, or buy it for yourself. This is a great way to study the scriptures.

This is an insightful early work on the life of James by a serious scholar of Pragmatism. James did not come simply to the academic area of study and the philosophical teaching he eventually developed. And this work describes the crises he went through on the way to finding his true vocation.

Time For Kids is awesome. My class enjoyed reading the text and looking at the great pictures. I definitely recommend anything by Time For Kids!

Trucks and Trains are my 2 1/2 year old son's favorite books. The books have colorful pictures and the words are easy for children to memorize. The collection with the wheeled case makes a wonderful gift. I'm buying two more for birthday presents. I've seen the same set for $14 elsewhere!

It is important that all Americans educate themselves in these matters or risk losing what we fought so hard to win. In this concise selection of thoughts on the topic, you will find a good start. At times it may make you angry, but it will also make you think.
